The drivers door was slightly out of alignment which made it difficult to close. Big Sky could have charged me a lot of money to take apart the door and replace a bunch of parts. But instead, had one of their techs look at it and made a quick adjustment which solved the problem. And on top of that, did not charge me. You have to be nuts not to give Big Sky the first crack at any collision/bodywork you might need. They have clearly demonstrated business integrity to me.
