my experience with exotic concepts on Sansu was a nightmare. I was solicited and after being lied to, agreed to a paint job and build. he promised me it'd be done in a few months, he kept my car for 2 years. Prices kept going up, he sold me a bent subframe then charged me $300 to tell me it was bent! well over 10 employees had turned over in that time, so the girl who started welding my rollbar quit before finishing-half the car was like that, I finally heard so many stories about him and his shop ripping people off for $5000-120,000 on build after build. Story after story from people who don't know each other at the surrounding shops there in longwood and across Central FL. I said I wanted my car back, all of a sudden it was hard to get a hold of him, he charged me $4000 for a 6.0 LS engine and never gave me the engine, then promised he would refund me and never did. finally I got my car towed home-the tow truck driver said; you're lucky your getting your car back, most people don't.... Keep in mind I had just been laid off from my job and my son had just been born a couple months prior, THATS the kind of person he really is! He also shared with me that he pays an IT guy to delete negative feedback, this is why the timestamp on the reviews is so far apart, either years ago or recently for a bumper repaint or something minor. FIND ANOTHER SHOP There are many in that exact same area that do exceptional work for a much better price. Go to neighboring shops, ask them, they will tell you the same!. Don't take my word for it. Dennis has very good potential. I bought a 69 SS Camaro there for a rear bumper damage minor he end up taking my roof off my trunk pan my quarter panels, my doors, my fenders and my hood all original parts told me he threw them away then after almost a year, he called me up and told me to come pick up my car because he hurt his back and he's closing his shop. I went to pick up my car as you see in the pictures new part left car in the rain to rust. This is what happened after spending a lot of money and trust and a friend of a friend. Beware this guy. I'll take your original parts and go to swap meet and sell them and make money while he puts on aftermarket parts on your vehicle. I when to this man business to do some Ceramic details and the first detail it when great. Even I did extra work that I didn't charge him everything was fine. I when for the second Ceramic coating detail again I did extra work with out charging him extra. And just because I did it too fast i did it in 5hrs he wasn't satisfied because I did it to fast. I told him I am willing to go back and redo the job now I stay in tampa and he is in Orlando I was willing to do it with hi next appointment with was the following week and now he is saying he's not paying even though he check my work before I left but now he's not paying. I did my job like I always do. He is not fair... I waisted my time my equipment and gas to do the job I do best. And he is not paying. All I have to say is BAD BUSINESS. read more

I have no problem with the owner as a person, but as a business man he is potentially the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. His prices are outrageous and the work he provides is inadequate to say the least. He is also a thief and will try to suck every penny out of you that he can. My car was at his shop for 4 MONTHS for just a respray. This process should have taken 2 weeks at the MOST. I was quoted $2000 which is a lot but I expected he would do great work. I went to his shop every couple of weeks to see the progress, and every time I went there MY CAR WASN'T EVEN TOUCHED! Finally after 4 months I got a call that my car was done. When I went there to pick it up, he said there were some complications and said he wouldn't give me my vehicle until I gave him an extra $1500! After I got the police involved I finally got my vehicle back, and the paint job was absolutely horrendous. There were runs, chips, and spots he missed all over the car. I will never go back here and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more
