I spoke with them many times before hand it was assured I would be able to go to them and look in the inside. When we arrived they had us go PICK UP the person that was supposed to show up the houses, then he took me to two that we weren't even ones I had asked to see, then took me to 2 that we could not even go into. So I paid for a trip to fly from Houston to Haiti to go see three houses and not one of them I was able to go inside of. They said they would send me videos and thought that was OK, if I just wanted to see videos I would not have wasted $800 in airfare to come down here and look at these houses not to mention paying a driver $80 to drive me around. He was just as frustrated and could not believe how this company was operated. We literally drove around for almost 3 hours and never got to see the inside of ANY of the houses I had requested. I am so furious right now. DO NOT USE THEM! Update: here is his copy:pasted response. He still doesn't get it. Why would I fly to Haiti if a virtual tour was all I needed?!?! Good morning Shelley, again I am sorry and take full responsibility for your disappointment. We always do our best to communicate with our clients throughout the process. Here is what we will do for you. For the house you could not see on Santo 9, once we have clearance from the occupants, we will schedule a virtual tour with you. Altidor will show you the house live on WhatsApp. Bear in mind that the house is unfinished & needs lots of upgrades. Thanks

She is truly dedicated to anyone that she works with. Without a doubt, all of her clients are her #1 priority. Jessica and her team processed my application and got my pre-approval letter to my agent on the same day! Due to the extremely competitive market we were dealing with, we had to put multiple offers on homes before our offer was finally accepted. Jessica and her team never skipped a beat! Interest rates were also climbing during this time, which of course concerned us. Jessica explained every option and answered every question to ensure we made the right decision on our loan. I cannot express just how much Jessica and her team went above and beyond! Prior to working with her, I never realized how important it was to choose a lender that truly cares about you. I got that and more from Jessica and her team! Thank you for the incredible experience!!

Brittany was our agent and, I can say without a doubt, she is one of the best in the business. She learned her clients' wants and needs, she chased down properties she thought we would love, made appts on the fly, was accessible (even while on vacation...bad girl), gave us direct advice and support, and worked effortlessly to find us our perfect home at the best price. The Brooks Group is a fully dedicated team. The moment we put in an offer on a home, Blakely jumped right in to assist and aid us through the entire rest of the process. She effortlessly would: chase down answers we needed, schedule dates for inspections and appraisals, check in with us to find more ways to help and was on top of everything. She and Brittany were our team all the way through to the end and we could not have been in better hands. Thank you to the entire Brooks Group! And who could blame us - it isn't a small committment afterall, along with search after search, finding the right perfect place, the legalese, closing - it is not for the feint of heart. This was to be it. We needed the perfect realtor. There are so many out there. We called and met many - some good, some not so good, but never great. We were about to give up when I got in touch with Chad Harris of Coldwell Banker, Vanguard Realty, Inc. We connected. I can't tell you exactly why, but he listened. What a difference that small detail makes. From then on I'm not going to tell you it wasn't without its stressful moments, but Chad was always there with the right sound and honest advice. It wasn't always what I wanted to hear, but always on point. It is so important to make decisions based on the honest facts, along with the unbiased professional opinion when asked. This cannot be overstated. We found a home that matched every one of our wants and needs - the One! so-to-speak. I called him, long-distance, and on a Sunday no doubt. He made it happen. From offer to close it was about 4-5 weeks. A few stressful moments, but overall relatively smooth and we are extremely happy. I would like to tell you that our experience is typical in homebuying, regardless, there is no way it would have went the way it did without Chad Harris. He has truly raised the standard for what a home buying venture should be, talked me down when I needed it, the advice, the guidance, the professionalism, there is nobody I would trust more in buying or selling a home. Truly the hardest working person in real estate. Excited beyond words to begin our new chapter.
