My husband and I are all about breweries and catching a good vibe. While I liked a lot of things about this taproom, there were things I wasn't a huge fan of. I really liked the overall location of this place. There's plenty of parking unlike at most breweries we've gone to and the outside patio area is nice and big. The inside has a humidor with cigars, 2 pool tables and some games to play which I really liked. One thing I love about breweries is talking with the bartenders and trying different beers. If that's the experience you're going for, however, this may not be the place for that. The bartender was a little stand offish. She asked what we wanted and ordering felt rushed. After my first beer I asked what another popular beer was so I could try it and she said "that IS the popular beer..." So I just stuck to drinking it the rest of the night. My husband ordered a beer called "I'm a fiend" and she corrected him saying "uhm it's friend" ... uhm, no it's not, we can read. She was just a little dismissive and messed with our vibe. Luckily, because there was a DJ inside blasting music so loud we couldn't hear a thing, we decided to sit outside and it changed our mood. The Mexican food truck outside had delicious food. I was passing by Homestead and decided to take some beers with my friend. It was Wednesday night, so very few people ( which I love). We really liked this place because it has outside tables that allow better conversation, but you can listen to the music from inside too. The food truck of course has a very limited menu so if you're looking for a full fledged meal then this is not the place to go. More of a drink and finger food spot. Overall this place was unique and had such amazingly decorated inside seating area with lots of games and art. My only complaint was that the service wasn't there. Wasn't bad, wasn't good, but just not really there since the bartender was focused on a girl on the other side of the bar. I've had a couple of VERY different experiences here so rating was tough. I visited a long time ago on a night that was pretty packed and the service was absolutely horrible. You could tell servers only prioritized men, and it took forever for me to get a drink. The second time I visited though, on a pretty dead Friday night, we had an amazing experience. Servers were nice and chatty, and beer selection was good. I do appreciate the fact that they have a lot of porters and stouts-- so that's a definite win with me. I had heard about Exit One a while back while participating in a car show at Homestead Air Base for the veterans. I bookmarked it & said I would definitely be checking this place out! I finally got a chance to visit & I'm so glad I did. Within a few minutes of walking in I felt like a regular. Eddie & Sarah were such outgoing & friendly bartenders. I tried a few samples, & decided to work through my favorites one pint at a time. I struck up some awesome conversations at the bar & had a amazing night! I seriously felt like I was in an old episode of Cheers where everyone had known each other for years. The tap room itself is well kept & the restrooms were spotless. The artwork & decor are pieces from local graffiti legends Atomik, Kool Drip, & a few others. There are picnic style tables to sit at, couches, TV's, oversized games like Jenga, Connect Four, darts, & even a juke box. I also saw what appeared to be cigars for sale. Outside, there is additional seating, more wall art, & the Tacos & Tattoos food truck serving up their delicious grub. I discovered this tap room located behind our hotel. We decided to stop by after returning from Schnebly's Winery. They had DJs with a pretty nice set up, playing music that brought me back to the 90s. There was a food truck keeping the crowd fed, and a Volkswagen car meet-up. Now, I am not sure if these are regular occurrences, but they definitely made it fun. The Tsp Room had a pretty good selection of beers on tap, as well as some in the cooler. I went with a beer from 3 Sons in Dania Beach, but happy to see they also had a Broski Cider on tap. There was seating inside, but we chose outdoors for safety reasons. It was a bit crowded. Doral, Florida's Prison Pals Brewing has bought the Exit One Taproom. That's good news and., good news! Exit One used to be a go-to spot for an assortment of beer from lots of breweries. Always something interesting in the glass. Prison Pals serves their own line of beers and a guest tap or two. Thankfully they make worthy brews. Their 'Nelson' and 'Double Nelson' New England style IPAs are supurbly crafted. There were, on this particular visit, several Sour style brews. I sampled, but stayed with the Good Stuff. Prices are kept in check. Service is adequate. There's bar seating, standups by the windows, and assorted couches and loveseats. There are also umbrella-covered seats outside in the 'No BS Zone'. There's a food tent set up, food truck on other days. Growlers are available for take away fills at a reasonable price. Exit One has always promoted a 'Family' enviroment in the brewpub. Prison Pals is keeping that alive, much to the chagrin of patrons who come to put their elbows up and enjoy their beer. The place is raucous with 5 year olds running amok and knocking over the Jenga like it's daycare. It's mercifully +21 after 9:00 PM. This place is worth a drive from Miami. Especially on Thursday. Don't quote me but they had a beer pong tournament. The bartenders Brian and Jesse took care of us. They answered all our sophisticated beer questions on the fly. Brian deserves the ultimate commentator and referee medal of honor. Sadly my friend and I lost the tournament but we won the night with fun memorable activities. I visited Exit One Taproom Saturday night, April 23. Nice, clean place, nice staff, good crowd. Three of us had two beverages each, 4 beers, 2 Apple pie beers. I went to pay, my vill was $71 and change. Seemed a bit high so I talked with the server. She looked at it, immediately took care of it, changing it to $59 and change, I tipped her $15 in cash. When I looked at my receipt when I got to my room, I noticed tips were calculated out in percentages at the bottom of the bill. Amazing. 20% would've been $71+. Had I not paid attention, I would've tipped, ON THE $71+. Beware, appears common practice by how quick she was to correct my concerns. Being ripped off like this (attempt), my personal policy, I don't go back. I hope you have a better experience. read more

I love the space they've created after combining 2 warehouses together. Loved the concrete flooring and the games they had available for a tone to just grab and play. There were lounge areas complete with comfy couches along with bar seating. They have some flatscreens and of course the cool ass jukebox playing. Everyone was just real laid back and relaxed hanging here. We looked at the menu and loved how all beers are from throughout Florida and other cities. I went with the banging banjo toasted coconut cream ale beer and he had the Sixpoin the Crisp. While he enjoyed his I almost chugged my beer. It was delicious!! It was cold, smooth, had no biter after taste whatsoever and the scent and flavor of coconut was so damn good! I have found my perfect beer. Oh and so important, the beer was such a nice light flavor I didn't feel bloated at all (I usually feel this way even after one beer, don't care for that) this was not the case with this one, this beer was absolutely perfect and I have no desire to try anything else. But please go through their menu and take your time, the bartender is more then happy to give you a tester and ask questions if need be to help find your perfect beer! I found mine!! I knew this place was worth the drive. Upon your arrival in basically the last area of Miami-Dade county is this bustling beer bar with plenty of delectable beers ready for your enjoyment. Noticing they have the Tako Crew food truck at their entrance made it so much yummier. The Caramel Apple Belgian Ale was definitely my top choice from the ones I sampled throughout my visit. The pours vary in size from the full sized pours to the smaller five ouncers perfect for tasting. The outdoor picnic tables are a perfect chill spot to sit and relax. It's good to know they are dog friendly for times when your pup demands your presence. There's plenty of parking and it's vicinity to the Turnpike makes it easily accessible. I like the relaxed vibe here and can't wait to come back. If you're in the Keys a lot this place is the perfect pit stop before hitting Florida City. I totally dig this spot! read more

We've become regulars lol. This is a nice spot off US-1 with a great selection of craft beer. The staff are nice and knowledgeable and often recommend a good beer. The outside offers a huge seating area with food trucks and games if you'd like to chill outside and just listen to music while having your favorite ice cold craft beer. Inside they have a nice size bar with comfy seating around, a pool table and art for sale! All in all a great place to stop and have a good time. The wife and I decided to take a chance and visit this family owned pub. It was across from our hotel room. There was seating outside, a food truck, and many types of seating inside. We ordered multiple types of beer, tequila, and food. All were good enough and some really good. The smoked wings were a big hit with my wife. I have to admit they were really good. The large selection of draft beers were great. The descriptions were on the monitors above the bar. We found a couch in a corner where no one was. No masks and total freedom. It was great. Very impressed with "Exit One". Love frequenting craft beer spots, especially ones that not necessarily brew their own beers but also offer the best of everyone else's. The actual taproom is great with the typical beer decor, clean bathrooms, ample seating and a vast open outdoor seating area with picnic tables. We came on a Saturday night around 11pm and also found a taco food truck that was still operating right outside. Although not as much choice as some places I've been to, the beer selection was pretty good with some decent craft beers from some top notch breweries available. I personally was excited to find a beer from Civil Society (hands down my favorite brewery in Florida) that I had yet to try and subsequently went with that and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd been wanting to stop in here for a while and it lived up to the hype. Good vibes and good people! Order at the bar (no sitting) and they'll pour you a glass of your favorite beer from the tap, bottle or can. They also have seltzers and some wine. It was pricy - we had two rounds - so two Michelob Ultra Seltzers and two house beers and it was $25. Ouch. The food truck was BBQ and I saw many people enjoying it but I didn't try it. They had flyers promoting Taco Wednesday so I wonder if the trucks change out. Anyhow. This place is pretty big and spacious with sofas and chairs, a pool table, pinball, video golf, giant Four Across and Jenna games and a ring game. I heard the hype surrounding a Taproom in Florida City, so I knew I had to make my way there as soon as they opened. I love local businesses so I always try to support them no matter what! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to check out Exit One. They serve locally crafted beer but do not brew any of their own beer. They had about 10-12 beers on draft, a decent selection between IPAs, Ales, Porters, and Pale Ales. I decided on a Veza Sur Mango Ale, which was super yummy. Prices were a little higher than the other local taprooms/breweries; I paid $8 for my Veza Sur. Service was friendly and helpful when it came to the different beers on tap. We also stopped at the Tako Krew truck outside for our obligatory Tacos and Tattoos fix. Tako Krew never disappoints! We will definitely be returning soon to hang out in our new neighborhood taproom! read more

Never going back because the owner threatened me and wants to fight. I told him that one of their food truck vendors sold me a $20 vegan soy burger that is advertised as "beef". It is beef substitute A.K.A. soy. Instead of the truck giving a refund or a real hamburger, the owner told me to eat the soy and said that I would love it. I told the owner of Exit One what happened and that their menu was misleading. The owner wanted to fight....literally. I have the screenshot. Needless to say, my criticism of being served fake beef was not well recieved. I was wanting to explain why I never go there anymore and why other customers may leave hangry. read more
