March 14, 2023. I took my SUV here for service. The front tires were making a noise at it moved…read morealong. They told me it could be a wheel bearing. After a half hour, I was told that I needed upper and lower ball joints and four new tires and an alignment. I needed the service done as we were driving to Florida 3 days later. The bill was a staggering $2k. We made it to Florida and back only to have the same noise return. I took it in and they told me it sounded like a wheel bearing. The original paperwork said check wheel bearings. I was given an estimate for another $270 to fix. I spoke with the manager, who said he could give the wheel bearing at cost, but I said it should be free as they missed the issue the first time and that $2k worth of service should have covered it. He said no. I'm not giving my money to someone who doesn't fix the problem the first time.

After checking out the wheel, Tee-Roy's was called, the first tow truck came thinking maybe an easy fix, but the end result was a flat bed tow back home from mile marker 129 to Cottage Grove. The driver even delivered me to my door after dropping off my car. All the care, consideration, and attention given to me and my car was the best I have ever received. If I could give less than one star I would…read more We took our car here last month to have what we thought was the alternator replaced. It turned out it was the battery needing to be replaced. They called and tried to push more services on top of what was already being done and when we declined those they continued to push. Well we got the car back and it was quite obvious that they did not test drive the car to make sure it was ok because as we were driving it, it began to stall out every time we slowed down/stopped. As we are a limited budget family we could not have this "new issues" worked on until this month and so took it to our regular mechanic to have it fixed and turns out this place left a vacuum hose disconnected and that was causing the stalling. So we ended up having to pay $125 to fix their incompetence. Honestly they should be responsible for that $125 that we had to pay. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON. If you do not buy into everything they want you to have done they will mess up your car so you have no choice but to pay more money to have things fixed.

They are reliable, honest and provide very fair prices and explain in detail the repairs needed and give U options to fit your budget. They are just good hearted decent people, the whole family! I would say that in 65 years, well probably 49 years driving this was the best car repair experience to date. Tom-Lin and Son did a pre sale inspection on a private owner car I was looking to purchase. Kyle got the car on the rack and showed me the areas that needed repairs. He got the repairs done asap in between other work understanding my son's car had broken beyond repair and he needed a car so he could get to work. Side job.....
