I spent the day there with my daughter sharing one luxurious treatment after another. A facial by Jessica A, and my skin was glowing! Erin, the massage therapist, left us feeling lighter than air! We were served a delicious lunch halfway through and a couple glasses of wine throughout the day. I knew my lashes needed lots of love as I have been on the hunt to find a good tech with no luck. Once I walked in, she was able to tell right away that my lashes weren't great but she listened with no judgement and truly took the time to listen to what I wanted, which is just a simple classic and natural look to my lash extensions. We created a plan and she quickly got to work, she took the time to properly clean my lashes and get them looking better and explained every step to me. She consistently made sure I was comfortable and ensured to take good care of my eye area, everything was super clean. She took her time to ensure it was done right, took pictures to ensure I get the same type of lashes upon my return and ensured to point me to her website where she explains pre and post lash and eye care. Overall I am super happy with the results and feel like she brought me back to what I originally wanted which is what my original tech would do before she moved back to Houston in July. I give such a high recommendation because Kris is very talented and has high quality equipment (her laser is one A list celebrities use). Also she is extremely honest. She will tell you if she doesn't think a treatment is going to work for you or your skin type. She is very upfront about costs, time commitments and maintenance/up keep. She also explains skin care or skin related questions in a simple but effective way. I have had electrolysis done on my eyebrows and random facial hair. The cost is roughly the same for a wax. You are only charged when she is ACTUALLY working. However unlike waxing I haven't touched my eyebrows in 8 months AND my eyebrows look good all the time! I get a stray hair randomly which is to be expected. Also I have a skin condition called Folliculitis on my legs which causes ingrown hairs that look ugly and itch like mad. We setup a custom program for laser reduction and after 3 visits, my legs looks bump free and amazing. I have had facials and LED treatments done as well. I tell EVERYONE about Kristen's because she changed my life and you really should let her chabge

I came to her looking to even out tone, reduce hyperpigmentation, and renew my overall skin. As a result, I started getting perfection peels here. After my first peel and seeing the layers of skin coming off as my face felt on fire, I was scared. However, Marijana assured me this was normal and my skin would transform. Boy was she right! Having pigmented skin, I was skeptical about procedures leaving scars, but she was very careful in application and testing how the skin reacts. Over time, I trusted her to make the right choices for my skin. She is patient and will take her time to work on your problem spots. Look out for package deals. This is where you can save a little money on some of the treatments (pro-cell, jet peels, hydrafacials, etc.). Her schedule can book up fast. So plan ahead. The office will call you with a reminder about your upcoming appointment and to confirm. If you need to cancel a service, be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance or there is a charge (maybe $25?). They can also place you on a cancellation list and call if something opens up before your scheduled appointment. The spa also carries various skin care products from brands like Eminance and Image.
