Staff are nice enough but all seem to be fairly new and not super friendly. The "were using a new portal so wait times will be longer" is a terrible excuse for a 30 min wait just to speak with a receptionist. I am trying to schedule a follow up appointment and have currently been on hold for 43 minutes. I will be looking for a new doctors office this afternoon.

I am a high risk patient with a history of a rare, debilitaing form of arthritis. CORE Rheumatogy…read morerefused to even speak with me, despite 2 BIL ambulatory referrals on file and another one from the best rheumatologist in ATL. I was told I need to go through my CORE PCP and have her fax all my records to them but even so, they don't treat my condition. I need to resume Orencia infusions asap, but was told that no one in the ENTIRE group would see me and they do not treat EOA or idiopathic types. I am in intense pain and just cannot move back to ATL right now - I've only been here 3 months, and navigating the system up here is a nightmare. My PCP said I needed to have ATL fax them the records and would not help me at all. All my records are on MyChart at an ATL hosptial which I attached to the BIL MyChart. All they had to do is look at them. It is a shame because I really like Dr. Mihata, my new endocrinologist, but the rest of these "providers" are terrible. Thumbs down.

I feel it is my duty to write this review regarding Dr. Wu…read more I had to transfer from my primary care doctor in Vermont to New Hampshire. My contacted core physicians, and an appointment was set with Dr. WU. I've worked in police work since I was 19, and including the law and prosecution in the Very county where the office is located. The office staff was tremendously nice. And every person I encountered with the exception of Dr. Wu, we're kind and compassionate. For a new patient intake first appointment. The office had none of the last 12 years of my medical records. But more importantly, the doctor was one of the most outrageous, nasty aggressive to the point that if I was observing this as a police officer, I would've arrested the doctor. He would ask me a question and I wouldn't even get out two words and he would jam his hand inches from my face showing me his palm like a traffic cop and very nasty responding " Stop Talking!!" His behavior only became worse dashing in and out of the examination room like a madman. Completely dismissive and without concluding the appointment. Or addressing the immediate concerns. He stormed out of the examination room. I sat there for 15 minutes, then stepped into the hallway and he happened to be there, and I inquired about the documents he needed me to sign, and he gave me a dismissive wave and storm down the hallway. I should note to anyone reading this that I was entirely calm and respectful throughout the entire encounter. I brought my concerns to the core physicians administrators. I have since returned to that office, but I am seen by the nurse practitioner who is truly a medical professional and exceptional in personality knowledge and true care. Dr. Wu? In my opinion, his medical license should be suspended and he should be required to be supervised by a doctor until he can learn how to appropriately interact with patients. He is also extremely difficult to understand with a very, very heavy Chinese accent. Making his communication skills even worse. And the person that chimed in earlier about being swapped off over abdominal pain and then losing their spouse to pancreatic cancer is an excellent demonstration of what can happen and that person should seek out a medical malpractice attorney and go after that doctor to failure to properly diagnose, what was a cancerous condition at the time of the appointment. The problem is you mentioned Pain. If you mentioned Pain in a doctor's office, their brain shuts off completely because they think you just want pain medicine. They're not interested in even looking any further to find out what's going on they just assume everyone is a liar and a drug addict and especially Dr. Wu, I doubt he even palpated the belly of your husband. I would never write something like this. I've had autoimmune conditions since I was six years old and I've seen hundreds of doctors over the years now being 60. I've met doctors that don't have much of a bedside manner that are kind of clinical, this review is not in reflection of those issues. It was the most extreme and outrageous medical appointment I have ever had in my entire life. You would get better treatment in a prison. My appreciations to core physicians , I am getting excellent care from the nurse practitioner. Very kind, engaging interested and respectful. I did not post this as a vendetta against the doctor listed here; I only hope to offer an opinion to help others avoid what would be very likely the worst medical experience possible. Peace and love.

I used to only go to docs for physicals, preferring natural therapies. After a slipped disc injury, by necessity, I was prescribed meds + drank 200-400 mg caffeine regularly bc I was not sleeping. Despite being friendly myself, my 1st interaction was her looking down at her computer, seemingly inconvenienced about my debilitating pain and other concerns. She didn't explain what she assumed was going on. She acted like I was making things up then referred me away to other specialists and PT. After PT, she referred me to physiatry who helped somewhat. 7 months later pain continued and developed severe neck, back, foot, and wrist injuries from working excessively. I spent free time lying on the floor and stretching. I asked for more help and finally was referred to an orthopedic (I was seeing 4!). I also tried a dietitian and therapists for any type of help to get my active lifestyle back. At this point I was suicidal (for 1st time in adult life) after 8 months of acute pain, unable to live my life. 1 year later, I was desperate + I had to quit my job due to pain. In reviewing my records to send to insurance, I noticed visit notes were not accurate. Went on disability insurance. I don't know anything about disability insurance, who was asking for paperwork for long-term disability. I hoped she'd offer guidance, but instead she berated me. I reminded her she is my PCP and should be reviewing my records and managing my health care. I had an apt days later and she said that she did not think a 32 y/o should be in this much pain and she was not comfortable with disability. She also accused me of not being truthful, despite her note lacking things I mentioned during visits. I was enraged and broke down crying, upset and shouting about the lack of medical attention and my pain. She continued her coldness and finally sent me to pain management facility to not have to deal with my care, 13 months after my injuries began.
