Three of my adult chrildren see Dr. Morrissey as their PCP and speak of him in highest regard. Thus, the high rating. A Poor rating would be appropriate and attributed to a "prior employed PA", whom I recently learned breached HIPA and also made derogatory and unsubstantiated judgements/remarks while I was under her care. It is my understanding she is now employed out of state, however, I plan to seek any/all board of medicine disciplinary complaints, reviews, remedies, sanctions available. It is my hope that her callous, deplorable and untrue exploitation of a pt will not continue going forward, and she is held accountable for her lack of judgement and actions. Her breach of confidentially not only affected me, but also other family members.

I often see the NP Melissa which is fine because she is a pleasure. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, visiting the Doctor isn't a dreadful experience as it can often be. I am usually not waiting very long to see whomever I am there to see. When I need labwork or prescription refills, I just call and it is done. No fuss, no muss. The best part is that Dr. Ficht and Melissa are both down-to-earth, so you can really talk to them. And they listen! Unlike some Dr's who seem to be going through the motions just to get to the next patient. I almost hate telling you all how wonderful they are cause I'm afraid once the secret's out I'll have to wait forever to see them. But I just had to tell you. Just keep it between the two of us, OK?

The hardware is positioned wrong I complained to Dr murphy since first postop visit only to be sent to get cortisone injections and PT. He will never admit he is ever wrong or take you seriously. X-rays doesn't show this problem but he kept doing xrays and never offered more sophisticated imaging. (Dx: iliopsoas irritation after THR caused by retroverted or oversized acetabular cup) This could have been easily redone immediately after surgery but now 11 years out would be a major surgery. CORE Rheumatogy…read morerefused to even speak with me, despite 2 BIL ambulatory referrals on file and another one from the best rheumatologist in ATL. I was told I need to go through my CORE PCP and have her fax all my records to them but even so, they don't treat my condition. I need to resume Orencia infusions asap, but was told that no one in the ENTIRE group would see me and they do not treat EOA or idiopathic types. I am in intense pain and just cannot move back to ATL right now - I've only been here 3 months, and navigating the system up here is a nightmare. My PCP said I needed to have ATL fax them the records and would not help me at all. All my records are on MyChart at an ATL hosptial which I attached to the BIL MyChart. All they had to do is look at them. It is a shame because I really like Dr. Mihata, my new endocrinologist, but the rest of these "providers" are terrible. Thumbs down.
