    RUN!!! THEY ARE CROOKS ( EXETER FIANCE ) BUY A BUS PASS, INSTEAD. Here I thought I was going to payoff, they were ready to take my money, until the rep. Also said I still owed on other charges, such as intrest. My pymt 72 months at $ 980 per month, 6k for pay off, so I thought, but no it was add,l 20k. I have paid 66 pymts with all late charges, IM NOT A SUCKER BUT $ 95K FOR A $40K CAR.

    If I could, I would give it a zero I am a company that has one of the vehicles in my possession. I have contacted the company. They have very poor communication no way for you to contact anybody other than through the 800 number I've taken them to court And I've won my case and I have a abstract of judgment against them and they still won't give me anybody to talk to from the legal department so I'm getting ready to go and file it with the court system in Texas so that I may take possession of the property The bad thing is all I've ever asked to do is have anybody contact me and this is why those multiple lawsuits against them I would strongly recommend you guys to deal with this company. I didn't even go through them. I got hired by them and they don't want to pay anybody And now I can't do anything with be aware do not deal with this company

    Super high rates i pay 665 for a car payment and only 150 goes to the actual principle im getting out of this loan asap!!! What a rip off .

I asked them to help me with getting billing statements online from Mercedes Financial and they essentially told me that I was on my own. It is virtually impossible to get through to customer service at Mercedes Financial. Good luck. I have tried 4 separate times and after about 20 minutes holding I hung up. There was not even and option for a call back. I have set everything on my Mercedes online account to receive online monthly bills. I not only don't get them but I don't get a receipt from them when I send them the monthly money. If I don't pay for 2 months, guess what, I here from Mercedes Financial. I suppose they are determining if I am a default risk and are preparing to do a repo. I just want to receive online invoices and receipts. No luck. Never a problem with Audi.

I have never been a member of Navy FUCU. So I immediately went to that location. I was greeted by Selina- I may be off, but her name started with an S. I told her the situation, and I have been a Fraud Investigator for over 10 years. I thought I was being proactive, so the fraud department can be contacted because Navy may be a part of a new fraud ring. She was so rude to me. As I was explaing she told me she can not release any information because I am not a member. I was explaining that, but my SSN is compromised, so all accounts need to be closed, and a fraud investigation needs to be started, and I have all the information from the number that called me, so skip tracing and investigations can be done. But, she refused to take any information. So, I left and went to the Mesquite location, and I was treated even worse. They refused to hear me out. So, if a fraud ring starts with Navy FCU soon and its members are affected, I tried to let them know. I will not recommend a Credit Union like this that does not care or attempt to care about possible fraud that can cause the company a major loss. And I did take all measures to protect my information freeze, placed and fraud alerts placed on all credit bureaus.

Before the sale, they assured me the car had gone through a full inspection and maintenance service, something they charged $2,499 for. This fee was supposed to cover new or serviced tires, brakes, fluids, and other major maintenance items. However, when I got home, I immediately noticed the tires had severe dry rot -- something that would have been obvious to anyone performing even a basic inspection. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership expecting them to take responsibility, but I was told "the owner doesn't care and isn't going to pay for new tires." This dealership completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and refused to honor the very maintenance they charged thousands of dollars for. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. If you're considering buying here, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of honest dealerships that stand behind what they sell, unfortunately, this one clearly does not.

I will forever remember this company and its practices as the WORST auto related experience I have ever had up to this point in my life. Let me tell you why. Me and my partner are ready to move across the states in a little over a month, and decide to trade in out sporty Infinity Q50s for an SUV for the journey and new start. This dealership had something that looked like it matched what we looked for. When we test drove, there were no issues. Then we went to sign for the car and the cost was roughly $2500 more than listed. This was for some random "Customer care package" fee abt inspecting the car and making sure it was in good condition. Later we find out that 2500 inspection guarantee is bull****. We said whatever and paid for the car anyway, but when they rolled it out to us the check engine light came on and they broke the struts that lift the trunk. Whoops! They amended the contract to state that they needed to fix the engine light. So we left the car with them and got a loaner. After some days they "Fixed" the check engine light. We came and picked up the car to drive off with our fixed car when immediately after driving down the road, we received a new issue in that a passenger restraint system malfunction error kept popping up. We called immediately and they said to drive it for a while and if it did not go away they would fix it. We drove it home and not only did the annoying and safety concerning malfunction error pop every 5 seconds (making the console impossible to use + is a safety issue as we found out stops the airbags from deploying) but also the check engine light came back on for the same code. Over the next month is the same story of us going to this place over and over, them saying they fixed the car, us driving around and the exact same error code popping up, and us bringing it back to them. At this point in time it had been over 30 days from the sale date, btw, and we had still not received our title and the paperwork was not filed so the Texas DMV did not have on file still that this car should be in our name- which is ILLEGAL In that time they no longer honored the statement that they would fix the malfunctioning sensor which is a safety concern since the airbags would not deploy. The owner of the business stated this was "no big deal" and "not an issue" desperate to slap something together to make the engine light go away since that is the only thing paperwork suggested they needed to do. Not to mention, they also STOLE my OBD reader out the back of my car thinking it was theirs, resulting in another unnecessary hour long trip to this place. We have lost so much time and money dealing with this place and the issue is still not fixed. We now have to leave in just over a week and have brought the car to a BMW dealership to have a proper diagnosis on the car which reveals all sorts of problems which I will not describe here as to not make this even longer. These repairs totaled to over $20,000!!! (Remember that useless $2500 Customer care package fee?) But one wonderful thing they shed light on is the completely wrong catalytic converter that was put on the car. It looks as though someone took a random catalytic converter that does not belong, and welded it to the car, thus ruining multiple components and pushing the repairs into 20k. This is what the BMW mechanic told us and showed us and it looks to be the case. No wonder the code is still active. We escalated until they did the bare minimum to make the engine light go away. (but none of the many other issues with this car) This place never calls you back btw. Later we ran out of time and thus traded the car to family and made our journey to our new home with a different car within the following week. I will never bring my business here again. This service is ANYTHING but excellence.
