It turns out that they were not aware of the situation like the driver had stated. They were very nice and understanding and refunded me the money we paid. There fore I think they deserve a 5 star review. The way they handled the situation showed me that they truly care about their customers. The lesson I learned is to call them directly for any inconvenience so they could assist you properly. We used this limo service for my friend's 21st birthday, and everything went great, so I decided to use it for my birthday, and honestly, I didn't like it. First off, our driver was 10 minutes late. Things happen. I get it. He went over the rules with me before getting in the SUV, and we headed out to our destination at 11 a.m., when I had scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 a.m. We arrived at our brunch reservation pretty late, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The only downside is that the winery that I had booked right after our brunch couldn't accommodate us any more and I got charged a 10 dollar fee for each of my guests for counseling in a short time notice. We had to find a new winery, where we could only spend a shorter amount of time than what I had originally planned because our whole trip got pushed back! On our way back, we arrived 15 minutes over the time we were supposed to be back because, again, our whole trip got pushed back! I thought that they would be understanding about the fact that our ride arrived late, but no, they were not. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes. I don't wanna blame the driver he was nice and I understand that we are human and things happen. I just didn't like how they handle the situation so I think for next time I'll be booking with a different company.

Bait & Switch Practice:…read more I was quoted for a stretch limousine to take my family to Napa Valley on Oct 17th, 2021 and instead was sent a "Ford transit non luxury shuttle" without prior notice. The driver claimed he had only been dispatched that same morning before our 8am pickup and said I would have to resolve the dispute with management after our trip, so I documented the hourly rate dispute directly on the invoice the driver asked me to sign. After our trip, I called and left message to speak with management, stating a need to adjust the hourly rate quoted for a stretch limousine due to the unplanned vehicle change to a non luxury van. Two weeks later, without returning my call, they billed my credit card for additional time used at the disputed hourly stretch limousine rate. I called to discuss the disputed additional fee and asked Tanya to speak with a manager and instead got an email response from their manager Bobby falsely claiming that they sent email confirmation of a vehicle change in advance and also falsely claiming this was the first time they were hearing that the vehicle was wrong. Bobby quoted their policy to send confirmations in-advance, but refused to produce evidence they had done so, and threatened to report me to the "PUC" if I dispute their charges. I could not be more disappointed and they clearly demonstrate no interest in resolving service or billing errors. True Elegance Worldwide dba Napa Shuttle & Limousines' business practices are unethical.

We have used them in the past for business events with no troubles but they recommended a stretch limo for a very windy road. Turns out they also use independent contractors and the driver was unknown to them. The driver couldn't make the driveway and we had to walk down the hill. Further, for pick up, the driver was asleep and unreachable. After 30 minutes, we had to get ubers. This is all normal stuff and I was ready to take it but I found the response from the company to be appalling. They were not interested in working with us on a refund and, at one point, had the audacity to say I didn't look hard enough for the car (which I did - nowhere in site). Anyway, given management disinterest in our satisfaction (having booked them many times before), thinking there is a better customer-focused company out there. If something goes wrong, I always want a highly customer focused partner and these guys weren't it.
