No technician ever showed up, and I never received ANY contact from anyone at Safelite. It was after hours and impossible to get through to ANYONE. After an hour of trying, I spoke to a human via the chat feature, and they told me that they reached out to the tech and asked that they contact me with an ETA. I STILL never received any contact. It is now 8pm, and nothing. I purposefully didn't plan anything today so I would be home for this appointment. My entire Saturday was ruined. How DARE you think this is ok customer service?
