They have repaired plywood that was not appropriate for roofing. They found a hole for venting an exhaust fan that was covered over by plywood. You stated you would be there at my home when the redo of the roof was done. You weren't. My current carpenters did the job and had gotten paid , and who knows when I will need them again in the future for restorative work roof or otherwise. They did their job and did it well. I've learned a fine lesson from this, research and ask numerous people for decent contractors. As for the owner of Elite, you eventually have to answer to a higher power.
