I walked in and wasn't greeted by a single soul, nor could I see a person anywhere. Generally in furniture stores I feel you get mobbed but this was so far in the other direction where it seemed there wasn't anyone even working in this ghost town. I went about checking out chairs. Turns out they don't update their online inventory well so that most of what I found online before driving out here wasn't actually available. I came across one nice guy finally who apparently was a stock person. He was able to confirm certain chairs weren't available, and was very nice to hep me, but said I had to find a sales person to get more info on a few things. He took me up to a very exasperated person who helped but was rushed and didn't quite pay attention to what I was saying for the situation. The front desk gal that ended up checking me out was very nice. the chair I picked out was not marked, the gal that priced it was quoting me for a table which I wasn't even asking for and had to remind her of twice, and then seemingly just made a price up for the chair I was actually asking for which I'm not sure was really worth the price. I probably should have just walked out and went elsewhere....the chair I got is in great condition but I just don't think worth the cost for ONE chair. I get it for what they want to sell in bulk office space wise, but considering my office is soon to be looking for furniture, I have learned a valuable lesson of where we shouldn't go. No refunds for used which is what the bulk of the store was that I saw.

If you are a rewards member it gives you a coupon or something for your next visit or something if you bring in your used cartridges for recycle.     Walked into Staples with my wife and daughter to print invitations and grab a few things. Saw some…read moreiTunes cards and picked up $120 worth. Being visually impaired, I asked where the printers were and got hit with "over there... straight." No real direction, just brushed off. Checked out, even signed up for the rewards program, everything seemed fine. Before even making it home, checked the cards--they didn't work. Went back to the store, and the same woman was there. Whole energy off. Loudly saying, "Yeah, they back to return what they just bought," like announcing it to everybody. Then she starts yelling at her own employee at the register, going off about how the cards weren't for sale, even though another manager had already looked at those same cards earlier and said it was fine. When it was time to get the refund, she told the cashier to go help someone else--basically kicking her off her own register mid-situation. The other employee nearby looked completely shocked and uncomfortable. The attitude during the refund process was nasty, trying to push keeping one of the cards even though it didn't work. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncomfortable experience all around. Some people really don't have no customer service sense at all. They won't be getting business again.

We were able to purchase desks, desk chairs, conference room tables, conference room chairs, cubicles, and filing cabinets--all from their incredible selection of new and used office furniture.
