Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the entire experience was professional and seamless. I have never been much of a fish eater--I love shellfish, but what I jokingly call "swimmy fish" has never been my thing. Well, the cod they served completely changed my mind! It was absolutely delicious and one of my favorite things on the menu. Our officers and guests raved about the food throughout the evening. In fact, the officers enjoyed it so much that they were already asking if we could order our Thanksgiving meal from the same caterer! When you're organizing a large event, having a caterer you can rely on makes an enormous difference. The food was wonderful, the service was excellent, and they helped make our awards dinner a special evening. Highly recommend!

I just retired from banking after 49 years and am very proud of my customer service history. This by far was the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life. Everything was handled through their online request for a quote and email. Responses were usually received within 24 hours. I never felt like I needed to pick up the phone and reassure myself that they were taking care of my request. The online quote form is very detailed and when I stated that the theme for my daughter's party was Lord of the Rings, they ran with it. The creativity shown in the menu was amazing. It made my daughter extremely happy from the start. Hannah definitely worked to keep the menu within our budget, offering suggestions on where we could tighten things. The week of the event, they were back in touch to finalize details and on the day of the event, Chloe showed up with the food at the designated time and was very professional and polite but also very approachable. She did an excellent job setting up and explaining all the dishes. Finally, the food! Absolutely amazing! The hits were the leaf-wrapped elven lembdas bread and Balin's spiced beef (brisket). The brisket was so tender it melted in your mouth. While those two were the standouts, the rest of the food certainly held its own and disappeared quickly. I would definitely use Farm to Feast for any future catering needs.

Corcoran handled both our catering and all of our rentals--and absolutely nailed it. The food was exceptional. We're still getting texts from guests saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had--some even said it was the best event food, period! We got compliments on everything from the starter salad to the passed hors d'oeuvres. I wasn't initially excited about the beer corn fritter, but it ended up being my favorite bite of the night. But what truly set our experience apart was working with Jordan. I honestly can't say enough positive things about her. She became like a second planner for us--offering expert guidance, always responding quickly and thoroughly, and saying yes to every single request with grace and positivity. I had so much trust in her judgment, and she never steered us wrong. One week before the wedding, in a moment of pre-wedding panic, I decided I wanted to change our napkin fold. Jordan didn't just talk me through options--she went to the showroom, set up our exact table settings, tested multiple options, photoshopped in our decor, and sent over a mini lookbook... only for me to choose the original one. That's the level of above-and-beyond care she provided. On the day of the wedding, I shared a special moment with Jordan about my grandmother, who had passed before the wedding. She held my hand, we shed a tear together, and I felt so supported and comforted by her presence. It meant the world to me. We will absolutely be recommending Corcoran--and specifically Jordan--to all of our friends getting married, as well as to colleagues planning corporate events at 101 Constitution, where we got married. If you're looking for a caterer and rental partner who will care deeply about your event and help bring your vision to life, choose Corcoran. And request Jordan!

But, Ridgewells is much more than that. The company willingly and generously gives back to the community. Last year when I asked Susan Lacz if she would consider donating a dinner for a group of Wounded Warriors who are convalescing at Walter Reed Medical Center, she answered "Yes, absolutely. Please tell me whatever you need and we'll be happy to do so." Last month on September 22nd, Ridgewells once again stepped up the plate to honor our servicemen and women by providing a meal experience the likes of which they rarely see, only this time for 40 people instead of the group of 30 in 2025. In the capable hands of Susan's assistant, Event Sales Associate KayCee Tucker, a literal feast was devised of 2 different sandwiches (roast beef and caprese) and 2 specialty wraps (grilled buffalo chicken and teriyaki salmon) complemented by 5 different salad dishes in addition to an assortment of chips and cookies. The diners, as well as the volunteer servers, were wowed by the quality of the meal and, most notably , by the generosity of Ridgewells Catering in honoring the Wounded Warriors for their service to our country. Hats off to Ridgewells! On behalf of the United States Military, we salute you for going above and beyond for those who choose to spend their lives in protecting us from all who might wish us harm.
