Both drinks are a little bit on the sweet side (which we like), so be sure to request less sweet if you don't like your coffee too sweet. Sandwiches were ordered were also delicious and we're looking forward to trying other food next time. There are plenty of tables and seating with plugs which is a plus. Because it is a workplace cafe, it is only open Mon-Fri.

The staff is super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to assist customers and tackle fixable problems. This location is very spacious and most days there is no trouble finding a workspace - either at a cafe-type table, a quiet workroom or on the more comfy chairs and couches. The internet connection is very fast, and conference rooms (while overpriced) are easy to reserve. I found myself looking forward to visiting the offices even though I have not met anyone. Keep in mind the WeWork concept is fundamentally flawed for the work that many highly educated professionals do. There is no privacy, nowhere to have a confidential conversation, and nowhere to store your laptop when you go out to lunch. While many of the customers are courteous, there are many who shout at their screens without any regard for anyone else, or who decide to hold a meeting in the quiet room. WeWork could be so much better if the company abandoned the founder's focus on community and moved closer to Regus.

I needed to start working right at 08:00 and the nice lady made sure to let me in a few moments early so I was setup to start on time. The San Ramon office gave me a 3 day notice to remove all of my items because of my fall out from their Pleasanton location. After moving out they are bad mouthing my company to clients such as I left in the middle of the night as if I wasn't kicked out and given a 3 day notice. I wouldn't recommend this company or the San Ramon or Pleasanton office locations as they have been a horrible experience from day 1. Over priced, kept $4,000 in security deposits. Didnt follow CDC guidelines and very rude to tenants. This is from the BBB website CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS Pattern of Complaints: BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning: ***Failure to finalize leasing agreements upon written request, but continues to bill or draft payment beyond termination date. ***Failure to respond to consumer communications and/or poor customer service. ***Failure to make timely refund of security deposits. ***Failure to disclose auto renewal policies. ***Referral of accounts that have been wrongfully accumulated over to collections. The buildings are all individually owned and look similar on the outside, but the floorpans are different in each building. The area is very quiet, safe, and serene. The buildings are tucked away among all the Redwood, Maple and Willow trees, among others, and has a creek that runs behind the building which is visible from the back decks of many offices. There are picnic areas for tenants to enjoy, and restaurants that are walking distance. I love it here!
