I wouldn't recommend this company or the San Ramon or Pleasanton office locations as they have been a horrible experience from day 1. Over priced, kept $4,000 in security deposits. Didnt follow CDC guidelines and very rude to tenants. The buildings are tucked away among all the Redwood, Maple and Willow trees, among others, and has a creek that runs behind the building which is visible from the back decks of many offices. The package is now in their care and responsibility. The address did not match the center and was to be returned to the sender. No one knows what happened to the letter since FedEx was not notified to pick up to return, the USPS has no idea The store does not know what they did with it once they determoined it should be rfeturned. They lost it in their own facility. Monetary dmages, documents which can not be replaced, identiy theft reports and much more due to incompentence.
