I go ahead and drop off the car and and then have the worst experience trying to get ahold of the customer service rep in order to know how much longer they need to work on the car. I decide to stop by after work the next say and they tell me that the car isn't done and will not be done until the next day. After 2 days they're finally finished with this job. I go to grab the car and the "technician" tells me that my oil was filthy and that he changed it and alarm bells went off, I know that's a lie because I went to the dealership to get an oil change the month before and have receipts and a full vehicle inspection report to prove it. He starts back-peddling and lying to me trying to get more money out of me for a service that wasn't needed. After explaining to him that I'm not gonna pay for the oil change I leave the shop. After 2 days my cars oil light comes on, so I brought it back to the dealer on Saturday (4 days after I picked it up from Turn Key). The dealer said that my axel clamp was missing and that my axel was actively leaking grease. The dealer also showed me that Turn Key left a bit to one of their drills ATTACHED TO MY CONTROL ARM and it has been for the whole week until the dealer removed it!!! I text the shop this on Saturday looking for what they can do to remedy this and I hear nothing back. I wait until the end of the day Monday (today) and nothing, I text them and they finally respond saying that I can bring the car in NEXT WEEK for them to look at it. This is insane and extremely frustrating! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic and I hope no one ever has to go through the same. These people don't know what they're doing and the work they produce shows. You're better off trying to work on your car on your own, you definitely won't mess up as bad as these people will.

She called AAA, and they were also unable to fill it, so they towed it to Meineke in Beverly. It was near the end of the business day, so she figured they'd get to it the following day. What she didn't know was that the shop would be closed for the following four days. The next morning (before we knew that Meineke was closed), I had called and left a message on their voicemail. Then we learned about the closure, so my daughter started to figure out how to get her car towed elsewhere. However, to my very pleasant surprise, Chris from Meineke called me back. Apparently, he was catching up on some work during the closure, and had a mechanic on emergency standby. I described the situation to him, and he said he'd see what he could do. The next thing we knew, Chris and the mechanic, Paul, had thoroughly checked the bad tire for leaks, checked the valves on all four tires, fixed the valves on two of them, topped off the fluids, and checked and inflated the spare tire in preparation for the long drive ahead. All without requesting any compensation at all, on a day that they weren't even open! This saved my daughter considerable aggravation, time, and money. It was truly above-and-beyond. A heartfelt thank-you to Chris and Paul for helping us out of what was shaping up to be an all-day stress event, and for reminding us that there are such wonderful examples of professionalism and kindness out there.
