Please do not use this service. I booked a reservation 5 days in advance to go from my home in St Louis to the airport at 4:20am. I received a text confirmation the evening before. At 4:30am the morning of my flight I called. First the agent said he didn't have my reservation, then I gave him my confirmation number and put me on hold. He came back saying the local driver was going to call me. Needless to say no one ever called and I missed my flight. The agent did not offer an apology and was rude. I had a 10/10 experience with Execucar. whenever I am traveling solo, I always get a car service to and from the airport to the hotel just for ease and peace of mind. from the booking to landing and departure, there was always somebody communicating with me. At one point I had to cancel my car because my flight was canceled and before I even had a chance to call them to see if they could rebook me to a later time, my phone was ringing from somebody in the office asked me what was going on and if I needed to change anything. Both drivers to and from were friendly and professional. I don't get any of these negative reviews because I had zero issues. For a little bit of money and a lot of peace of mind I would definitely book with them again. read more

I would never recommend this company. We booked transportation weeks in advance to dodge high Uber fees for our event, but the experience was a nightmare. Our driver wasn't where he was supposed to be, and after several phone calls, we still couldn't locate him. Finally, after walking around for 20 minutes, we found him only to discover he had picked up someone else. When we tried to talk to him about it, he claimed that dispatch told him to cancel our paid ride and then rudely rolled the window up in our faces. We attempted to reach out to the company and his boss, but we never heard back. In the end, we had to pay $90 for a ride to get back to our hotel and was stranded for 2 hours (no exaggeration) This company is very unprofessional and truly doesn't care about their customers, only about making money and scamming people. If I could give negative stars I would. This falls Into the "you had one job" category. Booked a ride to the airport a few days after Christmas trying to avoid the rush. Got a call 15 minutes late from our driver at the airport asking where we were. The answer is "at our house where he was supposed to be picking is up". Booked this ride in advance to avoid stress at the end of our concert. When we went to meet our driver where he said he was, he was nowhere to be found. We were stranded with no ride. I called for a refund and have not been able to talk with anyone, they keep hanging up every time I call. ExecuCar consistently provides prompt, courteous and professional drivers whose cars are clean and well maintained. I routinely use ExecuCar for trips from my Overland Park residence to the airport and back. If you compare the cost of a taxi for the same ride, you would never use a taxi again. read more

This was my first time using ExecuCar. I was pleased with the prompt, peaceful and safe ride from hotel to airport. I did receive a text that the vehicle had arrived for my pick-up. At hotel I did have a safety concern that vehicle type & plate number didn't match tracker. But driver picture did match tracker. Prior to placing luggage and getting into vehicle I shared my concern with the driver. He stated he has 2 vehicles and depending on number of travelers he switches out the vehicle as needed. I was able to arrange pre payment and pretip through the website I used to book (super shuttle) which is always nice to avoid awkward tip/luggage/coffee shuffle. Disappointed with customer service. Called for a price quote for round trip service to the Car Rental Area at MCI and was rudely accused of providing the wrong location for drop off. Apparently he isn't knowledgeable with the rental car services at the MCI airport. He proceeded to argue with me even after I provided the address and insisted that Hertz was not located at the airport. Much more solid way to handle this miscommunication but he chose to be inconsiderate and rude. I was told it would be an extra $40 to be dropped off at the rental car area at the MCI Airport than to be dropped off at the terminal. No thanks. read more

Great service as usual. Drivers were on time and very professional. This is a must have for travel. You miss any weather since you are picked up at your front door and dropped off at your airline. When returning you are met at the gate, your luggage is handled and returned to your front door. A must have for the woman travelling solo. I was asked to make a reservation using Execucar. Once I did my internet search, I came across a link conveying "Luxury Black Car Service", which was intimated to me by a fellow co-worker. When I called the number, I heard "Supershuttle", and I asked if this was ExecuCar, which the person responded with an affirmative (only later did I find out it was a shuttle service, and not the car service that I had anticipated). First of all, the rep sounded highly annoyed, and very irritated from the word "good afternoon" from me. Her whole deportment on the phone was horrible. The person in charge decided to make changes; hence, I had to call and cancel most of the bookings we made;, except for our clients return to the airport. When I made this call, and provided all the ref. nos. for these particular bookings, I received emails confirming the cancellations as I was speaking with the agent. Great! However, two of the cancelled reservations (airport pick ups) were missing; hence, before ending the call I'd stated that I didn't receive the other two cancellations. The lady inquired as to what email should they be sent to, which I responded, the same email that I just received the two cancellations that just arrived in my inbox as we were speaking. She took offense to my response; hence, we were NEVER sent confirmation of the two more expensive bookings. I called her back, and she immediately knew what my email address was and stated that it would be sent, which up until now, I've not received (this was two days ago). I cannot speak regarding the drivers and actual transport service, but some of their customer service reps are extremely and unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I will never ask for this service again for our clients. I had trepidation that they wouldn't pick up our clients this morning. Apparently they did pick them up! read more
