Tiffany mixed 2 bowls of coloring for my hair (intended color- caramel) because i have long hair. Near the end of it, we ran out of color so she ran and made another bowl for the last 8 foil. She blew dry my hair and sent me on my way. I realized that evening that not only was the color not caramel, the highlights were blonde (on dark brown hair and the 8 foil at the end was not blonde like the other ones, it was the caramel color i wanted. So now i have 3 shades of color on my hair, in patterns I didn't ask for. I just wanted to let you know what an awful experience it all was and i have to live with it for another 4 weeks until i can safely color my hair again to one color.

They were already booked but still took me and patiently took the time to ensure that all the whites were covered, trimmed my hair, etc. My hair was silky, free of white hairs and I felt incredible. Trying a new salon can be intimidating when you walk in and and dont know which of the stylists to talk to about what it is that you need without a room full of regulars starring you up and down. I felt very welcomed. I was given a short form (asking about things such as my porosity, hair type, texture, hair history, etc.) to fill in about my hair which was really different from any salon Ive ever been to. Its showed me that as a new client they were interested in developing a relationship past a first visit. When I finished with the form I was seated for my wash which was AMAZING to say the least. I had the best scalp message and honestly could've sat there for hours. The products used doe my wash smelt so good and felt so soothing on my scalp. After my wash I had the most gentle blow dry of my life. I was in shock. My hair takes a long time to dry and blow drys always make me anxious because all the other salons Ive been to are really rough. So rough I could literatley feel my hair breaking with each brush pass. And they always use high heat to speed up the process. But not here. My hair was dried on low heat and gentle brushed through. Lastly I had my curl which was also great. It was quick and very comfortable. I have a bad tendency to jump when my hair is flat ironed because my hair gets so hot my scalp can feel like its buring at times. I know ya'll know what I'm talking about. My stylist blew on the heat with almost every pass which was so relieving. It helped me relax. My hair looked beautiful and felt silky and bouncy. So many great things I can say about this salon. Its a very clean, very large and open space with a cozy atmosphere. Also there is street parking right outside the front of the salon for FREE!!! I will be back at some point this month to try out the steam treatment/trim and will leave a review about it as well.

I walked in and Jen greeted me, she's so nice! She waxed my upper lip quickly and well. I asked about their other services and she was very informative, so I ended up getting a pedicure too. I got a french pedicure with regular polish with Tracy. She was also so kind, very gentle, and attentive! My favorite part was the massage. OMG I almost fell asleep. Tracy also gave me these plastic things to protect my pedicure since I was wearing sneakers, I've never had that done before! Her care and attention to detail is really great. Also, their prices are the best I've found in the area. For reference, my lip wax was $10 and a regular pedicure is $38 and $45 with regular polish (french pedicure). I will definitely come back.

I just moved back to Everett, MA after being away from the US for 8 years. I stumbled into Top International Hair Salon since it is very close to my house but I knew nothing about this place. To my surprise, I found a familiar face! I was confident Susanna is a capable hairdresser since the place she used to work has very high standards; Susanna was not my hairdresser at the other place. So, I got my hair cut from Susanna and I was more than pleased with the result! My haircut costs $25 but it's $30 for women; they will wash your hair before and after. Well, I used to pay $40 for a haircut in Boston and I am paying less now, traveling less and getting the same quality! Oh, I always bring some photos of mine showing my hair when it was short whenever I go to a new hair salon, and I never had any issues with any new hairdressers. My hair grows really fast and I will be going back to see Susanna every 3 weeks.

I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in. Asha explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful. I came in for a hair mask treatment and was able to easily add on another service. She was also very transparent about pricing and took the time to explain different options the salon offers. Asha has great energy, and the salon itself was clean, calm, and welcoming. There are plants throughout the space, which gives it a very airy, peaceful vibe. I would definitely recommend and will be a returning client in the future. This experience was a very different experience from my last visit. And I'm very pleased about that!

I spent an entire day there, which would have been worth it for the intended result but when I washed my hair 72 hours later it was incredibly frizzy and puffy and had random waves, kinks, and curls everywhere. I went back that day where they insisted on doing the treatment one more time and that it would fix it. It did not. The product does not appear to be an actual Japanese hair straightening product and after over 10 hours and a lot of money I cannot wear my down without spending 40 minutes blow drying and then 30 min flat ironing. This totally defeats the purpose of spending money on the service and is a huge hassle. I'm having breakage on my hair and gives off a strong chemical smell when wet.
