Amazingly, no branches numbers available but only corporate office number. I beg you, don't go there unless you'd like to be heart broken and disappointed. They love to bounce you around till you give up and your issue will never be solved. i bought a floor lamp from them which they didn't want to deliver so i went to their warehouse in Missouri city to pick that up. Upon bringing that item home, once i opened the package it was broken and cracked on the bottom, plus it's supposed to dimmable lights but they're not and stays on the lowest mode period. Now, i've been try to solve this issue with them but these people are the worst people with no understanding, no sympathy towards customer and no regards whatsoever. these are hard to catch people, once you got lucky and someone on the phone with you, they'll put you on hold and after 20 to 30min, phone hung-up. At that point, you can imagine the level of frustration. They do have a good quality furniture but unfortunately, bad nature of people with zero customer service skills. Bought a bedroom set with an adjustable bedtech base contacted the store because the base stopped working a week after I got it. They admitted that they gave me a base with a faulty motor. it has now been a month and my bed is still not fixed. This is unacceptable. She was so energetic and quickly helped guide us through the abundant options of couches they had. She took our home details and couch preferences and quickly adapted our search. And not only that, she informed us of a mattress sale that was going on for 4th of July. Then we met Robert who is highly educated on all things mattresses! We learned about temper-pedic and Stearns and foster. He educated us on the mattress layers and formation and answered any and all questions we had. After reading all the negative reviews I still took a chance and purchased from Exclusive Furniture. Never again.... I was informed the items would take two weeks for delivery because they were on back order. They called two days before to confirm delivery and then the day before delivery to inform me that my furniture would not be delivered because they were on still on back order. Estimated delivery would be another six weeks out and not a guarantee. After having to settle on another item they now owe me money and will not give give me a refund. They only offering store credit. Make sure the furniture is in stock when purchasing or they will screw you over. I also, called the store to speak with sales associate and manager and no one returned my calls, therefore I had to come into the store to get a clarification on my order. DO NOT SHOP here!! I purchased furniture last June 2021 and after 8 month it broke down, the furniture it's $6000 And it's still under warranty, I called the repair department and after 1 month the technician came and couldn't fix it, because he needed to order parts!!! It has taken me a year to write this review as I have been so upset by this fraudulent company. We moved to a new home, purchased furniture with EF and had the worst experience with delivery and then communications with EF after that. Thank good ness I used my credit card and didn't finance through the store. We made a purchase($3700) for new furniture, the delivery day came, 2 near teenage boys with saggy pants came to deliver. My adult daughter was home at the time to accept delivery. These 2 boys had no idea about how to bring furniture into the house, they damaged walls, were argumentative with my daughter when she told them they were damaging the walls, then had the nerve to call their warehouse supervisor and said I authorized them to damage my walls to bring the furniture in the house. They were unable to navigate the stairs, added more damage to the walls when they got stuck and weren't able to easily remove the stuck couch, went outside, left the door wide open and drove away without another word to my daughter about what they were doing. I called the EF corporate office and was told to " choose smaller furniture". I asked about damage repair(the walls), they said someone would come out and fix the walls. They did not, I repeatedly called, they wouldn't call me back and eventually stopped answering my calls(I know this because I used star 69 after a call they didn't answer and with star 69 they picked up immediately). I requested a refund from the store and was told a 25% restock fee would be applied despite non delivery of furniture. I went to the clear lake store 3 times and was told I would get my money back(minus restock fee... for what????). Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card company. EF ignored the CC company and finally the charge was reversed. I placed a compliant with the BBB, by the way they have an F rating. EF ignored the BBB complaints, they did not respond at all and the compliant was closed. I gave up trying to have EF repair the damage and we fixed it ourselves. I will NEVER again go back into another EF store and let as many people as I can know about what a shoddy business practice they have. read more

I found this store in yelp while looking for recliners today. This store it's kind of hidden but I found it easy enough. GPS says it's about 1000 feet past the entrance. This store is a big huge two-story furniture stores with very nice furniture in it. I was greeted by a very Nice sales woman. Told her me needs and she took me to what I asked. The elevator is broke so we had to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor. They have a large selection of sofas recliner and even on media area. I found a chair I liked but is was a little more than I wanted to spend and it was my 2nd favorite. Great store though read more

This is the review I left.  I would like to know how you have 4.8  stars with so many bad reviews and why you stopped responding to bad reviews, was it too overwhelming? I recently purchased a fairly expensive leather couch with powered recliners from Exclusive Furniture. I made it known to them that I needed the recliners to run on battery packs because I have no walls to put it against for electrical outlets. The recliners work on batteries just a SLIGHT issue. The chaise which is uncomfortable if not reclined is completely sealed and you are unable to put a battery in without cutting open the bottom of your couch. Which would void the warranty you pay for. J the salesman and Greg the manager were suppose to see what could be done about it but it has been a couple months and very little communication has taken place, except to make excuses. I should have known not to purchase from some place that will not take returns for any reason. They obviously know their products have issues. FYI don't buy furniture here unless you want to have issues that won't ever be resolved. I would guess all the great reviews are family members or people they paid! Signed a very unhappy ex customer I forgot to mention the couch also does not fit together properly. Also it makes a squeaky rubbing sound when you recline, poor quality. read more

After months of furniture shopping, we stopped by Exclusive just to see what they might have. At first, the Webster location seemed very overwhelming after all it's two floors (we never made it upstairs). We were immediately greeted by Randy, who offered us some refreshments, a balloon for our daughter, and lay off the store. He left us to walk around the store and came to check in on us whenever we had questions about specific pieces. We immediately found a dining room set we both loved and we're notified that it would be available for delivery anytime this week. We continued to browse and were conflicted over two sectionals. Randy was there every step of the way to answer our questions. He was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were able to find furniture for our living room and dining room. We had a wonderful shopping experience and the salesman was incredible, we bought our set, which they told us was in stock and could deliver the following Saturday. Great right? We walked in and a few guys were up front helping customers and some greeting new customers we were greeted by Craig he's a tall guy with a low but strong voice so you won't miss him when you visit. I got a great deal on an Ashley sectional buy buying online. When I spoke to a rep unfortunately it was back ordered. During the winter storm since I was without a couch they brought over a temp so my family and I wouldn't be huddled around the fireplace on The floor. They sell you a warranty claiming you can have anything repaired or replaced and it's a complete scam. They have 3rd party contractors managing this and they never know what's going on. Every single time we call we have to explain the whole entire situation over and over. Then they say they will call us back and NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK EVER! I wanted to warn you that Exclusive Furniture has provided us with a Horrible furniture buying experience. The purchase and Delivery happened before the COVID pandemic, so this experience has. I thing to do with that. The delivery was scheduled for a Thursday between 12-6pm. The delivery driver called and said he had the furniture and confirmed the delivery time. The delivery driver did not get to our home until 10:45pm. They brought in the pieces and were missing one of the dressers. They assembled the bed and it was scratched in several places. The bed was a Queen but the bed slats were King size. My husband cut them down to fit to allow us a place to sleep that night. I contacted the salesperson the next day and was told that they would have to send a 'Technician' to fix the scratches. The other piece did show up the next day with no problems. Jose used to take really good care of at that store location of course it was smaller. Now since they open this location yes it looks good they offer you wine and all. Don't be fool by the display on the floor. You will not get the same quality. They will be looking in the warehouse for something to give you and whoever they send out to deliver these guys do not put your furniture together properly. I have a 5 year warranty on my bedroom furniture and underneath my bed stool the wood is cracked been cracked. I called the owner he told he would have it replace and never did to this day. I got in touch with him on LinkedIn he did give me his number to call about my ottoman repair bit never fix my bed bench...This store do not take care of their customers at all. They have change so many salesperson its unreal. After several trips to various furniture stores we decided to stop by Exclusive Furniture. Although, I purchase from them in the past I had no idea they had a larger store in Webster because the Gulf Fwy location is the one I visited. I was quite impress by the large showroom it was huge & had a variety of nice furniture. Randy was our sales person very nice, very knowledgeable & professional. He wasn't to pushy he allowed us to browse without constant input or interference. He help me bring my vision to life. I was able to customize the look I wanted he also offered a variety of ways to purchase that fit my budget . My husband was pleased that the journey of continuing shopping was over, I was pleased that I got what I wanted at an affordable price. Went last week to price a bed out for my senior mother. Salesman was new but nice enough. Sales manager Pete got involved. Tried to sell us a floor model mattress on the premise that it was half off but didn't produce any proof of such. Pete also got a little pushy with financing even after I told him we were paying cash. We also struggled to get him to produce a price for a platform bed he was trying to sell us. He pulled it up on the manufacturers website, which, of course, did not show any pricing or dimensions. I asked for dimensions to determine bed/mattress height to make sure it met the specs we needed for my mother. They struggled with that request and seemed reluctant to do so, and once again, Pete became a little pushy with asking us if we were going to buy that day. Very car salesman-like behavior. I found a brand new mattress at AFW for $300 less and just a little bit less quality. Not enough to warrant the difference in price, especially for a floor model. In total, we ended up saving over $700 by buying a matress/bed combo elsewhere. Lesson: Don't let these guys pressure you into buying overpriced furniture. read more

I received two phone calls in the first week and then nothing for over 1 month and half. I had to call them and ask if they had it and went to pick it up. TL;DR: They are terrible, take your money elsewhere. I haven't received my furniture yet so I can't speak about that. At the store, Jade and Maximo were great. I paid cash for my furniture but accounting was ill-prepared so they shorted me on my change. I didn't receive the coins. They should have rounded up to the nearest dollar but whatever. It was a Wednesday and I asked for my furniture to be delivered on either Friday evening or on Sunday because I was moving Friday and my daughter had cheerleading on Saturday. Maximo told me they don't deliver on Sunday's and he didn't want to promise me that they would get it to me on Friday unless he was sure. He told me Friday. Thursday evening I get an automated call saying my delivery time was 11am-4pm on Friday. Of course that didn't work for me so I called the delivery line and told them to change it to after four. The woman on the phone, (Joanna, I think her name was) said okay. An hour and a half later, I get an automated call saying my delivery time was 8am-11am. The warehouse was closed at that point so I had to wait until the morning to call and confirm that it WAS 8am-11am. So I drove to my new place and waited. And waited. And waited. They never showed. As I was heading back to my old place to meet my movers, I called the delivery line and was told that the driver was 40 minutes away. FORTY MINUTES! There was no way I could wait for that so the dispatcher (Michelle or Melissa) told me they'd reschedule for the following day. I asked her why they couldn't deliver after 4 since they were obviously behind and skipping me would put them ahead. Her response was "Do you want to reschedule for tomorrow?" As if I hadn't said anything. I didn't have a choice, obviously. Saturday morning I get a call from Jade from the showroom and she tells me that I apparently cancelled my delivery and she was calling to see why. At this point, I'm fuming. If I could have gotten my money back I would have driven up to the store and demanded it right then. Unfortunately, Exclusive Furniture has a "No Refunds or Exchanges" policy. Jade said she would call me back but she never did. I called delivery and they confirmed that my furniture was on the truck and they I was still scheduled. I sat at my apartment all day and, once again, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! I didn't received an phone calls to let me know what was going on. I called delivery almost an hour after the window passed and no one answered. I called three times and the last time the automated voice said that they were closed. I called the store and spoke with a human who said they had not heard from the driver and would call me back. This person (I didn't catch his name) actually called me back with terrible news. Apparently the truck broke down in the middle of the deliveries and would not be able to finish but at no point did they think to contact customers to let them know. The guy told me that I would get my stuff on Sunday but couldn't tell me what time. He also made sure to let me know that they don't usually deliver on Sundays but they wanted to make sure their customers were happy. That ship sailed in Friday at 11am. So now I'm praying that I get my furniture from these scam artists so that I can wash my hands of them forever. I will NEVER purchase another piece of furniture from Exclusive Furniture! This experience has stressed me out so badly and I haven't even seen my furniture. I went with them because I could get more for my money but unfortunately I had to pay for that "savings" somewhere else. Like so many other reviews, we never got calls back with answers & the 2nd promised date came & went. Still no calls. We were previously told that they could not expedite to make up for their mistake, then were told they could (?). We're now onto the 3rd promised date. The latest reason given? They ran out of fabric. Huh? After reading the many reviews, this seems to just be standard business practice. I'm now concerned that beyond waiting 6+ months for a sofa (we built our house faster), that it will (A.) still not arrive, and with with zero follow up, (B.) Something will be wrong with the quality or fit & good luck getting that resolved. If there's anything wrong with the quality, I have read multiple reviews that statethe warranty dept won't call you back either, so yay on that. More stress to add. If standard ordering & follow through isn't managed, then I am terrified to have anything semi-complicated arise in the future, if I ever get what I paid for. Keep in mind, we have not been told how or if they're going to make this right. We're told (when we call them) to just keep waiting. How does a business operate this way?
