Back in the day in an early 2000s mid 2000s this place thrive on hype exclusive hats and sneakers and clothing in this area, this whole area is a dying breed and should be left alone, but developers in the area is slowly shutting down this whole block of the Colosseum due to high-rise Apartments and other shops and restaurants the area is changing quickly. selection is of fitted and snap back hats sports jerseys jackets you cannot find anywhere else this place is truly a gem you can spend hours trying to find a fitted or snapback hats, jerseys or jackets that best suit your needs. I know when I come here I spend at least over an hour trying on hats looking through the thousands of hats that they have. They can curve your brim there on the spot you can get pins and other accessories to attach to your hat. you can spend alot of money here 45$ a pop in store or 55$ on their website. They do have $20 hats in their glass cases they do have $10 hats in boxes which is a steal for some really good hats. I promise you if you're into hats, or collect hats this is your place to go.

The ny mets cap i brought was fire . It has the 1964 to 2016 shea stadium logo on it. That symbolized an end of an era for shea stadium and queens nyc. No more shea stadium. But the begging of a new era city field baseball stadium, classic right. The cap wa$35 but it was worth it, plus it has the breathable mesh for the summer time. This is definitely my new go to spot for the latest and rarest new era and 47 trucker fit caps with the mesh on it . Don't forget the customer good the brother behind the counter is real cool.

But North Face isn't the only brand they sell. They also sell Spyder, Jansport, New Era, etc... Pretty much jackets, sweaters, backpacks, bags, caps, maybe a pair of pants or two and accessories in the back. One of of my North Face items in my collection has come from Pole Berg from several years ago, as such also a Yankees New Era cap. I mean I don't shop here all the time, not much anyway with all the retails places that you can get almost the same gear. Pole Berg does sell some unique clothing in that genre of clothing. Specifically hoodies, sweaters, jackets, backpacks and caps. I was told they would be ready on a Wednesday. I paid for the tee-shirts in full and I requested to leave my name and phone number which I was asked to write on the back of a sheet of printer paper. On Wednesday I called to make sure the shirts were ready, they were NOT! When I asked why I wasn't called to let me know why my order (that was paid in full )was not ready I got nothing. I was giving a bunch of excesses. I asked to be compensated for my time and I was given the run around. When I called on Thursday, to make sure my shirts were ready, I was once again given an attitude. After a brief argument, the employee stated that I had two choices to either refund my entire order $200.00 or I take a 40.00 gift card to their store. I had asked for a refund for one shirt to compensate my time. When I went to pick up the shirts the manager was no where to be found. I was not given the gift card or even an apology. This place lacks real professionalism. If you're looking to order custom tee-shirts I suggest you go somewhere else.

I noticed a few pairs of wedges in the window so I decided to try a few of them on. Despite the fact that it's meant to be a warehouse, I didn't find the shoes that much cheaper than a regular Steve Madden. The sale selection was rather limited. The two sales racks were buy one, get the second one 90% off. But everything else in the store was regular price. They had scratch cards, so I was able to get 30% off. But the price of the wedges were $79, which I didn't think was warehouse price at all. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase but I think the warehouse part is a bit misleading.

Staff wasn't very helpful and 2-3 of them (the only ones working) stayed behind the counter small talking about there weekend, never bothering to greet anyone.
