I am heartbroken by our experience at this Once Upon A Child location…read more While we were in the toy section, an employee became visibly angry and aggressively threw toys into the bins and onto the shelves. She then loudly told us that the girls could play with the toys but couldn't take them out of the bins--even though my daughters had just arrived and were not the ones who made the mess. Her behavior terrified my children. They immediately started screaming and crying and were afraid whenever she came near them. As a mother, it was heartbreaking to witness. What hurts the most is that this has continued even after we left. My children have been having nightmares about this incident. No child should leave a children's store feeling scared and emotionally distressed. I have reported this to corporate and hope this incident is taken seriously so no other family has to experience what ours did.

They also were helpful when I had a large couch I purchased delivered to my house. It's eclectic, that's for sure. I personally enjoy that aspect. It is now 8-5-23 and NO refund. They won't call you back, won't answer but every 4th or 5th e-mail saying the same thing. I reached someone by phone 2 times assuring me that it's been issued. Proxibid (whom I bought it through won't do anything) so I've contacted Texas Dept. of licensing and Regulations, sent them all correspondence and still nothing. If you like to be stolen from, then this is the place. I've read more bad reviews than positive and won't be buying a gun online ever again.

But when clearing out the house of what wasn't sold, walls and staircase were purposely damaged by the company because they were upset about the repair interruption of their sale and commission grabbing. Damage like this doesn't happen by accident and it cause further issues for my clients and the people purchasing their home. And Apex did nothing to resolve the issue.
