Hey there! I just…read morehad to reach out because I'm still buzzing from the incredible cocktail party we hosted recently, and it was all thanks to Chef Lisa Cornish and her amazing team! We had a pretty intimate gathering, about 40 wonderful guests, complete with a fantastic bar, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and some truly divine desserts. Honestly, from the moment the first guest arrived, Lisa's staff were absolutely on point. They made sure everyone felt totally welcomed and completely taken care of, which was just so lovely to see. It felt like every single person on her team had a genuine smile for every request, big or small. Their professionalism combined with such warmth really shone through. They were, without exaggeration, simply outstanding. My guests haven't stopped talking about how impressed they were with everything - the food, the drinks, and especially the impeccable service. It truly made the evening a memorable one for everyone, and I couldn't be happier. Lisa is a dream to work with!! Just wanted to share this glowing feedback. Lisa and her assistant were there very early and did a fantastic job preparing dinner. Lisa and her assistant were very personable and we even got a little bit of a comedy show. Our meal started off with the lobster bisque which was absolute perfection. Next we had a wedge salad, which was topped with bacon and blue cheese, and some other items, including tomatoes. I am not a wedge salad person, and I was converted. For our meal we had filet mignon on top of a bed of potatoes with asparagus. It was absolutely delicious and I could barely finish it. The meal ended with crème brûlée, which I cannot say enough great things about. Overall, it was one of the best dinners I have ever had. From the presentation, to the wonderful personalities of Chef' Lisa and her assistant, to the great company, it was a beautiful night with beautiful food.

We stayed in an AirBnB that had a great kitchen, so we wanted to treat our team to a meal one night at the house. We found Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre, contacted them, worked out a menu, and enjoyed the food immensely! From the very start, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre were wonderful to work with. Their communication was always super prompt and professional, and so was their demeanor at the house. They beat me to the location when I was heading back from the expo, and got everything set up and ready to go super quickly. They were so friendly and warm, and played fun music while they were cooking while chatting with our team as they trickled back to the house from the expo. They made us the MOST DELICIOUS meal! We had a toasted bread, cheese, and pear starter, a grilled and roasted rack of lamb with asparagus and mashed potatoes for the main course, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was homemade and AMAZING. The team still talks about how delicious and cool the experience was. I would 10000% recommend this awesome duo to anyone looking to have a meal prepared for them. They are the total package! Thank you, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre! We appreciate you.

I created a Yelp profile just to rate Chef Aaron with Cheftser because he is so deserving of the…read morepraise. My boyfriend and I hired Aaron to meal prep breakfast and lunch for us 5x a week and do dinners 3x a week because neither of us cook if we're not eating out at a nice restaurant, then we're generally not eating well. My idea of meal prep prior to meeting Aaron was someone cooking one dish in bulk on a Sunday night and packaging it 5x in tupperware. Not with Aaron - he prepares us individual weekly menus, all gourmet. Each meal is different every day and every week the menu changes. The menus are thoughtful and creative - you can tell an artist (not merely a cook) was behind its creation. He only gets the best ingredients. I had to smile inside when I heard him say that he only shops at Whole Foods because "when you love food, you can't shop anywhere else." Or something to that effect. He takes pride in his craft - why compromise on quality and taste by shopping for poor ingredients? The food is so delicious. Man I feel like a princess when I eat his fruit topped waffles or delicious morning smoothies. At night, his veggie stir fry and strudels are what I crave. I am a meat eater and I don't even miss the meat - he feeds us healthy but doesn't compromise on taste. Last, Aaron is just personable. I worked from home the first day he cooked in our kitchen. He's easy to talk to and he whistles while he works ... my point is that he REALLY enjoys his work (and in fact he insisted it was not work, although I'd disagree based on the time I saw him put into our meals) and it shows. That's important. Anyway, between the yummy food and the great service from Aaron, I know where my money is going. And I can feel good about the meals I am getting because I see them as an investment in my health. His prepped meals make it convenient for me to eat well that it leaves me no excuses to eat poorly.

Nothing over/undercooked and you can tell he doesn't skimp out on quality ingredients.
