I had an older t-lock roof and ended up contracting Exceptional Exteriors to get it replaced. After the initial free inspection the rep was honest with his approach and had told me it was questionable if my insurance would buy it. I ended up filing the claim anyways and they came out and met the adjuster and the entire roof was bought by my insurance. The roof went on in less than 8 hrs and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up. I also had a sky light replaced. Everything went very smooth with the construction. Several months after the installation, I thought the skylight was leaking so I called Exceptional. They came out the next day to re-inspect. It ended up just being condensation. but they re-sealed the entire thing. Good local, honest, hard working company. In the fall of 2014, a major hail storm destroyed the roof and caused extensive damage to the siding of our home in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Excellent experience. Jan was wonderful. From the beginning we found Jan knowledgeable and trustworthy and very easy to deal with. At the initial meeting he presented all the figures and numbers and was right on the mark. It was great that Jan was able to be here when the insurance adjustor came since Jan was able to point out a few additional needs. Jan followed up well and responded quickly. The office staff was very responsive when setting up an appointment for putting on the roof. The workers came and put on a new roof in one day. They cleaned up well and did a great job. I had my roof and gutters replaced by Exceptional Exteriors this summer. I worked with Jan Otavsky, who was fantastic. It was very important to me that everything be completely cleaned up and that no mess was left behind. Jan himself made sure that everything was as it should be. My house is covered in ivy which I didn't want damaged when replacing the gutters. Jan came up with a plan so that the ivy wasn't damaged. I also received a call from the Exceptional Exteriors office when the job was finished to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.
