Both places were infested with fire ants, sugar ants, mosquitoes and other tiny pests. At the last place, the fire ants were throughout the house, even though there were no mounds outside. Each time I went out and got the best stuff the Big Box stores had to offer, but it was nothing but a temporary fix. Then we would call Cypress Creek, and they would fix the problem. They treated inside, outside, in attics and crawl spaces. They knew what to use and how much. I now save myself a ton of anxiety and hassle by just having them out quarterly. I also spend less than doing it myself.

1-Star Review I've…read morebeen a loyal customer of this company for nearly two years and never had a rude interaction--until today. I did not schedule my quarterly service due to illness and being directly impacted by the government shutdown. Three days ago, my card was charged without my authorization, and I later found a note on my door saying they completed the outdoor service. When I called for clarification, the representative was immediately defensive and dismissive. She repeatedly hid behind "it's in your contract" but couldn't actually answer the questions I asked. According to her, if I don't schedule or answer the phone, they will come out anyway--meaning they'll take their payment regardless of whether my family is affected by the shutdown or dealing with medical issues. To enforce a contract so rigidly while the entire country is facing hardship feels ruthless, unethical, and completely lacking compassion. I will be speaking with a manager, but based on this experience, my trust in this company has been severely damaged. Customers deserve understanding--not condescension and automatic charges. I expected better.

We called our exterminator, but they do not deal with 'wildlife' and couldn't give me a referral because the last person they recommended did not work out. My neighbor suggested we try Champions Pest Control. They were able to send their wildlife specialist out quickly. He correctly diagnosed the problem as squirrels and found the way they were getting in. He told us every step of what he planned to do and gave us some extra options. We knew what the cost was going to be and he said that their work was warrantied. So, we paid the 1st payment and Brett did the first segment of the work needed. When he returned a couple of days later, there was a squirrel in the cage he set out. He set out another one, just in case there were more and he repaired the areas around our house where it looked like they were getting in. We made an appointment for him to come back in a couple of days and check the cage again. Our case was a bit complicated because we continued to have a problem. Apparently, when the squirrels came back to find their way in was now blocked, one of them dug his way in thru a tiny, rotted spot in the fascia board. We called the Pest Control company and they sent Brett back out as soon as he was free, a day before the planned appointment. He told us not to worry, that's why their work is warrantied. They would stay with us until the job is finished and done right. By the time it was all over with, he'd had to make several trips, do a little extra work to secure the outside and get a bit creative to find that squirrel. In the end, three of them were caught. And our house is pretty much back to normal again. We recommend Champions Pest Control because their work is great. The office personnel were always available to answer the phone and accurately tell us when their technician would be out. He was always punctual and polite as well as knowledgeable about what the options were and what to recommend for us. Even when things got complicated they stuck with it and took care of everything. And the balance we paid was what we expected. So, they honored the warranty. In fact, on the last day we learned it's good for a year - so if we have any more problems, they are included in the price we've already paid. We also will have the option to renew the warranty for next year. We are very satisfied customers and wanted to write this review to hopefully help others who might have a similar problem.

I am very allergenic to mosquitoes and bought a home with a huge yard and wanted to be able to get out in it without winding up with tons of mosquito bites. Let me begin by saying that nobody wants bugs in there home, let alone the thought of paying for a company to handle the situation! Having said that, I always follow the "one ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" saying and am beyond pleased with my decision to use Pest Roper when it comes to bugs. They are extremely professional and if you don't catch them on the phone, they will always get back to you by the end of that business day. Their services offered are so much more comprehensive and cost effective than any of the major services. They all know what they're doing and take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. They are extremely respectful of your home and property and always make sure to inquire about any pets before they begin their job! I found them on Thumbtack originally so for those of you who use the app, you can find plenty of great reviews there as well. I know how tough it can be for small businesses to get their names out so once again, many thanks to Sharon and Billy and the rest of the Pest Roper team! I'm so sick of bugs and so glad y'all are always happy to take care of any issues I have :)

We had springtail bugs popping up everywhere, bouncing around like they just got VIP tickets to Coachella. I told Josh other companies came through, sprayed a little Febreze or whatever, and left us still living in Bugapalooza. Josh just smirked, cracked his knuckles like an action hero, and I told him, "Bring out the big guns." Army veteran? Say less, he knew exactly what that meant. Next thing I know, this dude is going full Rambo, spraying every hole, crack, and crevice like he's on a one-man mission to save the world. By the time he was done, the bugs weren't just gone, they called their little bug Uber to move zip codes. Josh is the GOAT. Super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and he doesn't leave until the job is DONE. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars? Because the company name is still GreenForce. Let's be real... Poor communication, unreliable, and unprofessional…read more My husband and I had raccoons in the attic at a rental property, and we spoke with the owner about the cleanup after they were removed. He was at first extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We scheduled with him the next day to come by and take measurements, then to start the actual project 3 days later. My husband arranged to meet him at the property for the measurements while the tenants were out of the house. The appointment was for 2:00. At 2:45, he had not shown up, had not contacted us, and calls were going straight to voicemail. I called him from my phone, and he answered right away (which confirmed our suspicion that he blocked my husband's number). I explained we had been waiting for him for 45 minutes, and he said that after running numbers he's just not going to be able to do it. I can totally understand having to turn down a project, but intentionally ignoring phone calls and standing up a scheduled appointment for 45+ minutes was extremely unprofessional. A simple call or text prior to the scheduled appointment time explaining that he wasn't going to be able to make it or complete the job would have been perfectly acceptable and understandable. After reading other reviews, this sounds like his typical behavior.
