I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. We called them in for the very first treatment and back again after our second treatment for a follow up because of the pesky ants. After the follow-up treatment, the ants disappeared.
