Worst pedicure ever. She was also very engrossed in conversation with her coworker and stopped several times to complete her sentences. She even shoved my foot a few times and when I asked if I had upset her she said, " I'm smiling so you will see I'm not upset" and continued her conversation. I went in for a pedicure, manicure and full set. Pedicure was so so. Paid extra for callus remover and didn't even put it on the actual callus. Then during the manicure the tech cut me very badly. Didn't even acknowledge it. I asked for extra curve tips and the owner was nice enough to look for them. The tech doing my hands and the tech doing my nails started making fun of my nail choice. Although I am not fluent in Viet, I know enough when someone isn't being polite. Once the tips were on one hand, the tip used for the thumb was way too small. I asked the tech for a bigger tip and she was insisting that the acrylic will fix it. I repeatedly just asked for a bigger tip. The owner offer to sculpt the mail with a form along with the tip. But that would not have looked uniformed. Finally out of frustration I said no to the nails and just finish the pedicure. I also pointed out I was bleeding and the tech didn't notice. The tech went and put the green stuff to stop the bleeding and then put a cotton ball soaked in alcohol on the cut. It burned so bad. The owner then insisted on using betadine on my cut. Even after I told her I was allergic to Iodine. I keep repeating g not to touch me and I will take care of it at home. The man doing my pedicure started being rude to me for the duration of the pedicure. Kept calling me Lady and asking sarcastically me if every little step was ok for me. Normally i wouldnt care but they cut my toenails VERY short when i asked for them to not be cut at all and my sister's nails looked HORRENDOUS. not only did the acrylic and polish look like a 4 year old did it, the skin all around her nails had been FILED DOWN and was peeling. The day after, my toes started to swell and change color. I waited a day to see if it went down but it got worse. I went in today to show them what they did and the ladies were complete BITCHES. They said that my toes were fine because "there no cut" and that they didnt file the skin around my sisters nails because "why would i do that". I DONT KNOW, YOU TELL ME! They refused to give me my $94 back or ANY of it for that matter. When i began calling a sheriff the lady said "do it, i have insurance". And on top of that, the door was locked when i got there because they had a problem with another customer prior! This place is dirty, disrespectful and does not care about the customers. I've gone here for a few yearsThank you . Lately the service has declined and after my last visit I will not be back. Each time I've gone my pedicures have been worse and worse and this last time I decided to do something extra, I was quoted one price and charged $10 more after it was done. And the service I got was the worst so far. When I came in there was another lady complaining about a terrible pedicure she received and not one person spoke to her or addressed her concerned. This post in on behalf of my mom and stepdad. They went in, were handed the laminated sheet that shows all the pricing for the pedicures. They made their choices, it would be a total of $55. Got their pedicures, my stepdad went and paid, tipped them cash and waited for my mom to finish her pedicure. He then realized that they actually charged him $85!!! He went and asked them why they charged him so much, he told them the price from the laminated sheet and they quickly told him that those were the wrong sheets and the wrong prices... yea okay. The pedicures that they got were super basic.. my mom didn't even get her nails painted!! The owners were defensive... and without having a copy of that laminated sheet they just had to suck up the charges and leave. I've read many other reviews on this page saying that it's common for them to do this... horrible. Unfortunately, this business isn't even claimed, so I doubt the owners will even see it. Not like they would care anyways. Stay far far far away unless you want the old bate and switch too. read more

Walked in and wasn't even greeted. She immediately looked at my toddler in her stroller and asked me if she was going to make any noise because there was other clients there. She's a 4 y/o toddler of course she has to make noise but she's good she'll stay in her stroller as long as she has the iPad. It's shitty that us moms can't catch a break. Try to do something nice for ourselves and some don't have anyone where we can leave our kids. If she was bad I wouldn't bring her w me to the salon. I don't recommend you go here if you have kids. This is NOT the place to go to for pedicures! They rush, suck at the paint job on your toes and suck even more on the nail shape, a couple of my nails is literally slanted. Let me tell you my experience with Don and this salon. I'm a young black woman, who decided to go out and treat herself at the WRONG establishment for someone who values customer service and her time/money. When I walk in I was greeted with a "what u want" instead of hello. I tell him (Don) what I want, a manicure and pedicure. So they sit me down and I'm expecting to get my pedicure first then head over to the desk to get my nails done. Wrong. He brings his supplies over to the pedicure station and begins doing my nails over there on the side of the arm of the chair where the UV lamp is slanted as well as my manicure. All I asked for was short white acrylic nails, which I or my 11 year old niece could've done with the way it looked at the end. The pedicure experience was good for the most part. But I'm specifically writing this review for Don and his shoddy work. I told him these were for my birthday and I wanted a nice clean look, so when I asked him to do my manicure better he told me "You need to relax, you're too stressed." And proceeded to do my nails how he wanted them done. At that point I was ready to tell him to stop doing them because I noticed he was just doing them all wrong. He put the fake nail halfway down my nail bed so when it was time for them to come off half of my nail did as well. I went here for a pedicure and got manhandled a bit by Joe. Without getting into to much unneeded detail, he cut my nails down quite a bit...he told me it was because they were ingrown but I do get pedicures on a somewhat regular basis, and he might have been correct but my poor toe started bleeding a little and he put clear coat over it so now I have to wait for it to stop hurting to get in there. I would go back again though, they had good spa packages for a good price...I might even go see Joe again, but I will be sure to tell him not to maul me next time! read more

Most horrible customer service ever. I can't believe what happened today. Today I was denied service by Kathy because she simply judged me and thought I was being a criminal. The last time I received a pedicure. One of the male nail techs was trying to charge me for gel nail polish on my feet. I NEVER put gel nail polish on my feet and I been coming here for YEARS! Regular polish last on my toes forever..I absolutely have no need for gel. When he was using the personal dryer on my feet, I assumed it was due to COVID. So when it came time to pay, I told the nail tech I did not ask for gel. HE SAYS ITS OK due to the misunderstanding. So I leave a nice tip for him and the lady who did my nails. Today, my fam and I come in for service. They take me in right away about to start my nails. Kathy comes out the back and tells me I can't get any service done anymore due to nonpayment from my previous visit. I couldn't believe it!!! She kicked my family and I out the shop and refused service. I told her it was a simple misunderstanding and I could pay. I told her that the nail tech said that everything is okay so I thought everything was fine. She said that she told the nail tech that it was not ok and she was upset because she had to pay him $15 for the gel. She did not care about my explanation and simply did not want to listen to me. Treated my family and I like criminals even after YEARS of being a customer. Most embarrassing thing ever. My mother and I been coming to this place for more than a year.. Linda is a sweetheart, she does my nails perfect. Today, I came with Mom to have our nails done. Linda started me on the spa chair, Mom asked Tammy if she could do her pedicure. Tammy declined with the excuse she had an appointment. Mom sat and waited. Kathy came out of the room with such a B itch attitude, told Mom she couldn't paint her nails in the waiting room. Mom got upset cross few words with Kathy ,then she asked Mom to leave the place with a threat she would call the police. I said what is the problem?
