He troubleshooted my front door lock that was very hard to turn to lock and the double door flush bolt that wouldn't go into its previous hole and repaired both in minimal time and at a great price. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size and type of patio door. These folks tried installing, but a defect was found. They took the time to go to Home Depot with me, purchase the correct door and transport the defective door back to Home Depot for my refund. They also helped with rain gutters and re-keying some doors. The rates were reasonable and I was very pleased with their professionalism. read more

David is an very experienced locksmith and handyman. Did an excellent job fixing a commercial glass door lock and a broken handle. Any other less experienced person would of not fixed the broken handle. He took broken handle fixed it and even had to make a quick run to home depot to get a special part for the handle. Since I began remodeling a few months ago, I have had the opportunity to work with several 'handymen' on various projects. I cannot stress the importance of checking references and reviews before you hire one. As you can imagine, I have had poor experiences, more good than bad to be quite honest. However, that all changed when we hired Dave, he was a breath of fresh air, he was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond the scope of work. I hired Dave to install a new entry door to our home. He did more than just install a door; in the process he identified areas of my frame that needed some extra work and repairs. He could have just left it alone, I wouldn't have known the difference but he was all about doing the work right the first time. He even took a trip to the hardware store to get a few items he needed without making it an issue. We are very happy with the work he did and how he took pride in his work. No shortcuts, he cleaned up after himself -something we learned handymen are no good at- and even placed a follow up call to ensure everything was working well. About a week later, my doorknob was acting up, not because of anything Dave did, but because I happen to purchase a doorknob that was not properly oiled around the lock button. Dave took the time to come out again, just to properly oil the doorknob and ensure we were 100% satisfied. He could have easily declined and said that it must be a defective doorknob. As you search for help with your projects, you will inevitably come across a few bad characters. Avoid that by hiring Dave, you wont regret it. read more

However, they referred me to a business that was able to confirm they could help me make new keys for my model car rather than trying to lure me in like the 7 other businesses that asked me to call them and try to convince me to let them try and make my buck.
