I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

Peter is probably one of the most professional contractors I've ever hired. He confirmed the start of the project the day before, showed up on time every day of our 3-4 day project, finished at a decent hour (so we could have our evenings to ourselves), and kept me informed about the progress of the project every step of the way. Everything was contracted and professionally handled in terms of invoicing. He made suggestions for how to improve the appearance of our home in certain places and gave us up-front pricing about every additional change we could add on if we wanted (we took all of his suggestions and so glad we did!). He paid such great attention to detail, fixing so many errors throughout the house that previously were there...things I didn't even know needed fixing! So many of our doors were not sealed correctly and the flooring was all a mess, they fixed it all for us. They have their own experienced crew and do not use sub contractors. I was shocked by how much work their installers accomplished in just one day! All we needed to do was remove books and lamps and items from the closet floors. The two guys did all the rest of the furniture moving. Anyone who has bought wall to wall carpeting can tell you that the cost is one thing but the installation is everything! All of our seams are invisible and the stairway has complicated wrap-around steps and posts at the bottom that looks like the carpet has just grown around the posts! Also, I provided a handful of screws and they fixed a squeaky spot in our bedroom floor, after 30 years of suffering!
