It took longer than I had liked to get a response, but I did hear back from them. I was told to call the office or send an email; so, I emailed them a short description of the work with a picture. The entire process of getting an estimate took 2 business days. I requested an estimate via Yelp Sunday afternoon and received their bid Tuesday afternoon. I decided not to go with Bode's Electric because their estimate was on the higher side among the several estimates I received. In fact, their estimate along with a few others were significantly higher than a couple of bids from other companies in town (more than double). Note: Although they are listed as different companies, Bode's and West Mechanical appear to be the same company. It was late at night, but I started looking up electricians to call first thing the next morning. I started calling at 7 am the next morning, but the first five electricians were booked out for weeks (if not months), and couldn't squeeze me in. Northwest Electric was sixth on my list, and I called him and he agreed to get an electrician out later in the afternoon. John then called back around 4:30 pm, and said one of his electricians had finished up and could get out to my house by 5:30 pm, or be there at 7:45 am the next morning. I opted for the next morning (since the house still had power). Jeff arrived promptly the next morning, just as John had promised. Jeff replaced the line and installed a new junction box ( a cleaner install than the original one), and did so quickly. With labor and parts, the bill was just $200, which was eminently reasonable. I was very satisfied with this company, and John and Jeff were very professional and easy to deal with. I can highly recommend them.
