His staff was extremely professional and attentive and there was virtually no wait. I have to say, for someone who has spent alot of time at the dentist, this was hands down one of the most relaxing and comfortable visits I've had. Things were explained thoroughly which helped put me at ease and it didn't have the typical sounds of shrieking drills and fatigue from having to hold open my mouth because there were tools available for that. I had a tooth ache last week so I had it checked out by my dentist. He referred me to an…read moreendodontist for a possible cracked tooth. Dr Singer, the endodontist, did not see a crack from a CT scan, but indicated that he wouldn't be sure until he drilled inside to examine the tooth with a microscope. If there was a crack then the tooth would need to be extracted. Two days later I had the procedure. He didn't find a crack ... thank goodness! Since that molar had a previous root canal, Singer removed the old filling, disinfected the canal and repacked it. This procedure is called a endodontic retreatment. He save the tooth! Dr. Singer was quick and efficient with the procedure. You can tell he runs a tight ship. The office staff and assistants were very friendly and helpful. The ladies often asked if I had any questions.

This Endodontic organization is extremely well managed, from the receptionist, the dental assistants and the dentist (Dr. Sam Yun)..all made me feel comfortable and confident for my root canal. All throughout the process, Dr. Yun would occasionally ask if there is any pain or uneasiness of which i signalled ok with my thumbs up. I frantically was looking same day for a dr who could see me, I couldn't handle the pain for a second later. I did a quick yelp search for endodontist close to me and was lucky enough to have this pop up. I called this office and was immediately greeted with Judy over the phone. She was so kind and sympathetic and helpful. She fit me in right away and she could hear in my voice my desperation. I rushed over to the office which was super easy to locate and in a beautiful building, Dr. Ramon Roges saw me and immediately I felt comfortable. I was very scared but the moment I talked to him I could tell this was no ordinary Dr this was a Dr with a vast amount of knowledge and experience and honesty. He has wonderful people skills and helped me understand everything so clearly . He brought me so much relief with his kindness. I knew he was staying later for me and he never showed it for a second that he was rushing me or upset to leave. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I shared that with the dental assistant Sergio who was SO kind to me and helpful. He helped me through some moments I felt anxious and I was so grateful for that . I've had to call the office a few times and Judy and Dr. Ramon always call me back and always talk to me. Dr. Seto was very thorough in his explanation of the procedure and also took the time to ensure he had the correct tooth to work on, which I appreciated. I had heard horror stories of other people's root canals, but I can honestly say I felt very comfortable sitting in his chair while he performed the root canal. Both the ladies were extremely kind throughout the entire process. Our teeth are MUCH whiter, and we are super pleased with the results. They offered a special pricing deal for new patients. Dr. Zibari never forced my decision but was able to provide a detailed summary and that made me feel at ease. The procedure was quick and painless...so painless that I FELL ASLEEP!!! I swear on my kids I passed out!!! He puts a block in between the top and bottom part of your teeth so that you're not obligated to keep your mouth open. Dr. Zibari's attention to detail is superb and I appreciate how he goes above and beyond when caring for his patients. The staff are amazing and super friendly as well. It's been a day since my procedure and I feel zero pain or discomfort. This is the time where I would say I would definitely go back again Unfortunately in my case I do, but I am 100% confident that Dr. Zibari will again provide a great experience for what could unpleasant.
