I truly don't have enough amazing and kind words to describe this doctor and staff. I was in some of the worst pain ever and was told I needed an emergency root canal. I frantically was looking same day for a dr who could see me, I couldn't handle the pain for a second later. I did a quick yelp search for endodontist close to me and was lucky enough to have this pop up. I called this office and was immediately greeted with Judy over the phone. She was so kind and sympathetic and helpful. She fit me in right away and she could hear in my voice my desperation. I rushed over to the office which was super easy to locate and in a beautiful building, Dr. Ramon Roges saw me and immediately I felt comfortable. I was very scared but the moment I talked to him I could tell this was no ordinary Dr this was a Dr with a vast amount of knowledge and experience and honesty. He has wonderful people skills and helped me understand everything so clearly . He brought me so much relief with his kindness. I knew he was staying later for me and he never showed it for a second that he was rushing me or upset to leave. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I shared that with the dental assistant Sergio who was SO kind to me and helpful. He helped me through some moments I felt anxious and I was so grateful for that . I've had to call the office a few times and Judy and Dr. Ramon always call me back and always talk to me. I just can't even express how wonderful and kind this office is and what a gem it is to find doctors and staff who care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart !! If you're looking for an office and this comes up in your search don't even think twice, this is a place full of compassion and talent. THANK YOU!! read more

I came into Dr Roges office with terrible tooth pain and I was so impressed with the amazing care the whole team took with me. Over two appointments I really enjoyed my time in their office which feels funny to say but I almost wish I had excuses to go back! Judy at the front desk is so kind, efficient and lovely! Dr. Roges clearly cares about his work and his patients, he was making jokes but also maintaining focus on the root canal process. He made it so easy to sit through. And his assistant, Sergio, was so kind and diligent as well. What a lovely team. I highly recommend them!! Also the office has a lovely 11th floor view! read more

Rafael Roges, DDS - View of the city while I enjoy my root canal? Unheard of! - Endodontists Near Me - Los Angeles, California

They are incredibly thorough and kind and spent a lot of time going over my case despite my many, many questions and my unusual situation. I have had a lot of tooth problems in my life and recently have had a lot of pain from stress & severe teeth grinding. I was in excruciating pain and convinced I needed a root canal and my personal dentist thought I may need one as well, so I was referred to Dr. Roges to evaluate if that was the case. Upon arriving at the front desk, the assistants were SO nice and sweet. It felt like hanging out with family. Dr. Roges and the other brothers were super thorough and went out of their way to test everything. If they were unethical they could have immediately suggested a root canal to make some money but they said I didn't need one. I was still in pain though and Dr. Roges made me feel heard & understood. My pain is real and feels awful, but it was not indicated at the time that a root canal would even solve my issue. They suggested I go to an oral facial pain department and I went to a clinic at UCLA and have been able to find a lot of help there to deal with my facial pain problem. I am very grateful to this office and if I ever truly do need a root canal I will go here because they clearly care about their patients. read more

I had pain in one tooth and i was able to be seen the same day - thankfully it was not an urgent case but i do need a root canal- to be done at a later time. At least i had peace of mind especially since we were leaving on vacation. This will be my second root canal with dr roges . His work is top notch! No complaints! read more

Can I give Dr. Roges 10 stars? I would, if I could. I came in by referral from my dentist. I had an old root canal, and it was difficult to tell whether or not my tooth could be salvaged, given the x-rays, scans, symptoms, etc. After working on my tooth for 5 hours, valiantly trying to save my tooth, it turns out it was indeed a vertical root fracture, so it had to extracted. And THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME. I was like, what? Come again? Dr. Roges explained that he wasn't comfortable charging me when the tooth couldn't be salvaged. Not only is he experienced, knowledgeable, funny and compassionate, but he is honest and understanding. As is his staff. I cannot recommend him more!!! read more

Let me start by saying that I am the biggest dental chicken there is. When my dentist told me I may need a root canal, I burst into tears. He recommended Dr. Roges and in turn I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly knowledgeable in diagnosis, extremely skilled at the procedure and followed up to be sure I was okay. He was patient and reassuring. And his wife Deb was the greatest! She got me in quickly, was super attentive and incredibly caring. They made my worst nightmare a fear of the past and I can't thank them enough for that read more

Today I had my second appt with doctor Rafael to finish up my root canal which consisted cleaning out and filing my tooth. Once again he explained everything he was going to do as well as if I would experience any pain/ discomfort. He also had xrays done to make sure everything looked perfect. The staff here really takes care of you. They go thru after care with you. What you need to take for pain... Best of all after both appts Dr. Rafael has checked up on me the night after as well as the next day to make sure i was feeling okay. read more

Dr. Roges is an extraordinarily masterful dentist/endodontist. He and and his two brothers are second generation dentists. I find Dr. Roges to be warm, good humored and highly thorough in his work. His office staff are also friendly and and highly professional. In addition to the excellent dental care, I've received, I'm grateful they follow COVID safe practices even in the waiting area. I went to my dentist who informed me that I had a chipped tooth which would require a root canal. The dreaded words.....root canal. My husband recently met with an endodontist who he really liked, so I decided to follow his lead and meet with the same person. I met Dr. Rafael Roges 2 weeks ago and he is a delightful man. Upon entering his office, I met with his front desk staff and they were professional, personable and friendly. After taking my temperature and using an oximeter, I was seen immediately. Dr. Roges took the time to inquire about my medical and dental history and my concerns regarding my chipped tooth. After x-rays and some additional screening, he determined that I indeed had a chipped tooth and needed a root canal. Fortunately he was able to schedule the root canal the following week and I have to say that despite all of the horrible things you hear about root canals, my procedure was EASY. I had my procedure this last Monday and I was in and out in 1.5 hours. I had no pain, no side effects and no headache. It was a flawless procedure. I am so pleased with the work that Dr. Rafael did, that I want to shout his praises to everyone. If you need a root canal, look no further than Dr. Rafael.....who by the way, checked on me later in the day to ascertain how I was feeling.....could you ask for better care than this? read more

I was sent here after my dentist told me I needed a root canal because I had been experiencing excruciating pain in my upper left molar for a week to the point where I couldn't sleep. Thank god he sent me to Dr. Rafel Roges, who is an angel. He examined my teeth and did scans + xrays which showed I had a dead tooth. I was petrified to get a root canal but Dr. Roges was so funny and awesome that he put me at ease. Even the shots didn't hurt and they most always do. Happy to say that post root canal I had my first night of good sleep where I wasn't waking up every 30 minutes in pain...I love you Dr. Roges!!! read more

When after a terrible toothache I visited my general dentist, he told me I need a root canal treatment as the pulp in my tooth is necrotic (dead) and the bacteria living in the tooth caused an abscess. The only way of saving the tooth was root canal treatment done by an endodontist. Actually, after a long research I found Dr. Rafael Roges, he had great reviews and I made an appointment at Roges Endodontics, thinking that there is only one Dr. Roges there. I was surprised to find out that 3 endodontist brothers Ramon, Roberto, and Rafael all work there! On the day of my appointment only Ramon Roges was at the office. I'm sure his brothers are outstanding professionals too, but I feel lucky to be Dr. Ramon's patient. Though I was panicking and scared, the caring professionalism of Dr. Roges and his staff helped me relax. Although my tooth was very difficult to access, Dr. Ramon and his highly trained assistants did a great job. Dr. Ramon is very knowledgeable, he was extremely patient with answering all my questions and explaining all the actions he took. I could not help mentioning his great sense of humor which made me forget I was in dentist's chair. The procedure itself was painless and gentle. My treatment was completed in two visits. The price was fair and competitive and, what's important, at Roges Endo you are not charged for extra office visits, you pay for the treatment only, no matter how many visits will it take to be completed. They even validated my parking ticket, so I didn't pay for parking as well. I am very grateful to Dr.Ramon and his awesome staff that my tooth is saved and not in severe pain anymore. read more

My regular dentist Dr. Denise Fundora, Beverly Hills who has cared for me for over ten years is exceptional in her own right and sent me to Dr. Rafael Roges who she had trained under. I required a very difficult procedure., the splitting of a molar and removing one to the two roots. As I learned previously having been treated by his brother Roberto I was in the most talented and caring hands in medicine. As it turned out I needed immediate attention and it was 5:00 friday night. He and his caring staff stayed until 7:30 rather than sending me home. The procedure was successful. I highly recommend this trio of brothers who specialize in Endodontics particularly if you are in need of a serious procedure or just want the best of personal care. Dr Rafeal Roges did my first root canal yesterday. I was petrified. He was funny, kind, compassionate and very professional. Dr. Raphael Roges offers a very professional technique along with a wonderful staff that makes his procedure (almost) pleasant.

I've been to Dr Roges a few times over the years as referred by my regular dentist. I have nothing but good things to say about his practice. First the staff here is kind and helpful. I found myself needing an emergency root canal recently and while that is an unpleasant occurrence, Dr Roges just seems to make it okay. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He takes time to explain everything. His rates after my dental insurance kick in, seem comparable to elsewhere. After it's all said and done he took time later in his evening to pick up the phone, call me personally to check that things were still okay. What Dentist or doctor do you know who does that? read more

I have been seeing Rafael Roges since I had teeth, and I've never been to another dentist. I recommend him to everyone I know, and am fortunate to have had him as my dentist all my life. While other people grow up to fear the dentist, I have always had nothing but positive experiences. Seeing as I've been seeing him since I was a small child, I would recommend him to anyone with small children, or anyone with a fear of seeing the dentist. I have been lucky to never have any major dental concerns or needs, but I know that if I did, I would not see anyone else. :) read more

It's pretty strange to give a bad experience a "good review"... But I think that a root canal is going to suck no matter how you look at it. Dr. Roges (Ramon is who worked with me) is very knowledgeable and definitely seems to know what he is talking about. I've been to the office 3-4x and will continue to go back should I be cursed with more tooth problems. read more

I was seen as an emergency and they were amazing! Great staff and Dr Rafael was wonderful. If you need a root canal this is the place to go!

I have a fractured tooth and my dentist encouraged me to save it. She referred me to Rafael Roges, DDS. What an amazing team! From my first call to a very knowledgeable and patient Maricela, I was assured that everything would work out fine and it did! The dental and x-ray assistant Connie was very kind and gentle, and Dr Roges was simply amazing! His chair side manner was very considerate and stopped frequently to check on my well being, always telling me what he was doing and how far along we were in the process. When it was all finished, he saved my tooth! I was so grateful for the genuine concern I felt that I hugged everyone! Later that evening, Dr Roges even called to check on me and encouraged me to take more pain reliever if necessary and even told me that I could call him on New Years' Eve! read more

I was sent to Dr. Roges as a referral, in other words, the dentist didn't want to go anywhere near the root canal retreatment. 3 long visits later, he saved the tooth and it is now ready for the crown. Highly reccomend this doctor for root canals and was told he was a D.D.S. for twenty years prior to becoming a specialist. Basically, this is where the dentist sends you if they mess up, or cannot do it. read more

Amazing Amazing Doctor and Staff!!! Went in as an emergency patient to have a root canal performed on an upper Molar, which happened to have four roots as well as an infection that had reached the bone. Dr. Rafael Roges was able to save the tooth and was able to do so without causing any pain or discomfort. Maricela and Maria are amazing staff members and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, both before and after the procedure. Additionally, Maricela was kind enough to check on me after the first treatment and Dr. Rafael Roges called me after my second and final treatment to make sure I was not in any pain. If you have to have a root canal performed, you have to go to this office. Please do not go anywhere else if you want to save your teeth and your smile. =) read more
