Plenty of spots to relax and lay down outside of the saunas too. The food court was nice too; they have some basic korean dishes/snacks, including roasted eggs. Their drinks are great. Would come back again It was pretty busy on a Sat evening so I would plan to go earlier if you don't want a crowd.

Confused. This is what I can say about my experience with this business owner. She initially…read morereturned my call very promptly, over the phone went over my needs and then made me an appointment scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was initially very excited with trying something that I felt like what would relax me, but also help me to achieve and my fitness goals. In turn, I received the run-around, a waste of time, and really annoyed with me making extra stops after work in vain. My initial appointment was rescheduled on two different occasions, both accompanied by a large story. I feel like I'm a very understanding person, so I do understand that life happens. But also, I'm about my business, and I can't stand for my time to be wasted. After she attempted to make it up for me with a free session for running me around, that turned out to be the same. With my second rescheduled appointment, she texted me basically saying that she was running two and a half hours behind( on a work night) ... What she didn't know that I was actually standing outside the building looking around to everything turned off and Pitch Black. If you did not / could not complete a service, I rather you just say that you're unable to. Please don't make me make an extra stop after work when all I want to do is go home.

We enjoyed this smaller one a tad bit more for several factors. This jimjilbang is less crowded and not over stimulating. They don't have a specific time when you can get mats out, the bathhouse is smaller but offers a steam room, dry sauna and, cold and hot bath for soaking. They offer 4 levels of body scrub, my husband and I got the basic scrub which was equivalent to a scrub you get in Korea and very much worth it. They start at $60 and go up to $190, the higher ones included facials and other stuff (I was told). This is not a place to go if you need a new, glamorous look. It is older looking but nonetheless still serves its purpose. The areas were very clean and kept organized. The staff were phenomenal, no discrimination took place from start to finish.
