They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. Um, it was 6 months because they kept canceling.

We both got our appointments much sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise. I went for my first dental appointment here and upon entering the building I noticed it was very clean and new. The office is on the third floor and there is an elevator to take you up right as you walk in. The waiting area is well decorated and gives you a feeling of relaxation. My hygienist was friendly and very professional. Her professionalism helped me to feel I was in the hands of an expert who cared about my dental health. I felt that my teeth were being cleaned better than they ever had been. Dr Chaney checked up on my teeth after the cleaning and he said everything looked great. He was very kind and professional. No cavities or fillings for me. Thank goodness! :)

I will advise you to make your appointment well in advance - he books up for months! The wait is absolutely worth the wait!
