I had to log off and log on five different times because different representatives kept giving me different instructions, instead of them all relaying the same directives on how to prepare & clear off my desk for the exam. I was literally sweating from moving things around and started an hour and a half later just from that initial part. It's like everyone had their own set of rules -- cover your other computer monitor with a sheet, then power it off all the way, then turn the monitor completely around facing the wall -- every time, it was something different. Then they intentionally did not give me a survey at the end. It was such a pain in the butt I almost gave up completely. I'd rather go somewhere else in person and pay more money. Never ever again.

I spoke with Margot, the Director, regarding my son's learning differences and she was very understanding and accommodating. After my son came in for an assessment she recommended two tutors that would work best with my son, Amy and Ms Jessie. My son loved them. But, what impressed me the most was the fact that Margot recommended other tutoring facilities, and specialized learning programs, for my son just in case he needed a more comprehensive learning program. Her gesture made me feel that my son's educational well being meant more to her than just profit for the company. For the 5 weeks that my son attended Tutoring Club, he loved it. In the end though, I did end up enrolling him in a special needs program for kids with learning disabilities.
