David was great in the beginning and very responsive. The initial part of the project went…read moresmoothly, which is why I trusted him again. Unfortunately, that's where the issues started. He committed to replacing two windows, but that part of the project was never completed. It has now been over a year, and communication has been extremely inconsistent. Phone calls and text messages go unanswered for months at a time, and follow-ups are often avoided altogether. At first everything went well, but contracting him again turned into an ongoing problem. The work he said he would complete was never finished, and I was repeatedly left waiting with no clear timeline or accountability. I'm disappointed because the experience started off strong, but the lack of follow-through and communication made it very difficult to resolve.

This was my first time as a customer with them and I had a wonderful experience with Fredy and his team. The communication was great through yelp which was a big plus. The sign is now perfect and so beautiful. The blue color is great, photos don't do it justice. Thanks so much, Fredy and Team! I'm so happy with my sign.

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews these days, but my experience with My Sign Design…read morewas too good not to praise. I needed a wall vinyl printed for a gallery event. I reached out to different printing companies and My Sign Design offered the most competitive pricing as well as lightening fast turnaround time. They do operate out of two locations, so I ended up having to pick up my order from their Chatsworth location instead of North Hollywood. I didn't mind though since they did offer me a way better price for my print than anyone else nearby, so I felt it was worth the trade off. On top of it being a quality vinyl print, they also made a second one for me at no extra charge as a backup, which was super appreciated! I've installed cut wall vinyl once before and I did in fact need a second one after messing up installation on the first. So I was amazed that they thought of that before I could even ask. Plus they gave me tips on installation and demonstrated how best to position and peel the vinyl. Just overall top notch service! They'll definitely be my go to for any future print orders.
