The moment I arrived a clerk helped me to find my size. He offered other suggestions to go with, since I really was in shopping mode. Not being pushy, but being extremely helpful, he made my experience rewarding and fun. I left with 5 pants, 7 tees, a blazer, a jacket, and two track pants. The total was mind boggling low as well. Horrible customer service! I went there twice to try on a jacket, first time yesterday with a nice enough young brunette clerk who was helpful but kept an eye on us, which made me feel like she was afraid that we'd steal something. The jacket was a bit short so I thought I'd reconsider it for a day. We came back today and were "greeted" by an older blonde woman who kept on scowling at us. We saw the same jacket in the window on a mannequin that I wanted to buy but since they didn't have it on my size on the rack I tried to see if the mannequin was wearing that size. She came to us, angry and saying something in Italian, I said that I'm sorry but was just seeing if that was the size that I'd need - I'd buy the jacket right away if it was so. She said "only for window". Ok then. She then said that the smaller size would not suit me and when I wanted to try it in she kept following us around the shop, once again, made us feel like thieves. The jacket was still a bit short on the waist so yes, we put it back on the rack and left. The woman kept looking at us and said something to her colleague about us in a tone which made us feel like she definitely wasn't saying anything nice. F-ing horrid experience. I don't know if they just dislike tourist or wtf is their problem. Take your money somewhere else, apparently they don't want it here. read more
