One of my presents to myself while staying in Italy for 3 months was to buy a nice Italian suit. I'm the worst when it comes to dressing and accessorizing, but the moment I walked into the store, Tino, the owner, took control in helping me to find what would look best on me. He immediately new my jacket size and with the first suit he showed me, I was sold. When he told me the price, I was shocked at how reasonable the it was. I was expecting to pay upwards of $850 for a nice suit. I was able to purchase a suit, sport coat, two dress shirts and a pair of shoes for well under that. The material is high quality with both the clothing as well as the shoes. I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. Tino was a pleasure to talk with and knows what he's talking about. I spent the better part of two hours just in conversation and we even had coffee. He may come off as a little over zealous but he is definitely not pushy. While visiting from the US, I stopped in at Bazooka. Tino, the owner, greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. I decided to try on a mix of beautifully tailored Italian clothing and high-quality leather shoes. Tino helped me to understand what colors and fittings complimented my physical features. The prices were amazingly inexpensive for Italian crafted leather and natural fiber clothing. Similar items in the US cost approximately three times what Tino charges. I visited the store on several occasions during my visit. With each visit, I purchased additional items. It took me a couple of days to realize how much value I was receiving! My clothes are in the Italian classic style and will look "in fashion" for many years. I also met Tino's son, who was equally friendly and helpful with selection and pairing. If you want to upgrade your look and get value for your money, I highly recommend a visit to Bazooka. They have everything one needs for a mostly classic outfit with style. Service: I have yet to get a more personal and delightful service, as I had at Bazooka. The manager definitely knew what he was talking about and had an eye for size, what to fit as well as color combination, without even trying it on in the store - and it was flawless when I tried it on back at the hotel. At first, I was just planning to buy a specific jacket but ended up updating a somewhat large part of my wardrobe for new year and a new opportunities. And I'm still glad I did, after about a month from the buy. To sum it up: I can highly recommend the store to every man who is looking for price-worthy and long-lasting clothes with class. Both gentlemen are very well knowledgeable. They are exceptionally helpful. Most importantly they are truly generous. Don't be fooled by this little boutique on the outside of the shopping district. It is a beautiful little gem hidden away in the side streets of Rome. It supplies mens shoes, belts and other menswear for a great price. It is a two level store although it looks like one and has a decent amount of stock to satisfy you. I came from Australia to buy some nice Italian shoes and this place was great for me. The service was probably the best I have had in Italy and the quality of shoe was great for the price. All products I am told are made in Italy. Give this store a look while looking around the shopping district. I wish you could give more than 5 stars!!! We stopped in while we were visiting Rome to buy my husband some shoes. This small quirky shop is a jewel. The father/son that own this shop are so warm and delightful. My husband found two new pairs of shoes and if we had been able to spend any more time I'm sure we would have left with a suit, shirt, tie and socks!!! We did however get recommendations from the son on where we should eat tonight:) They did tell us they will ship anything, but if you are ever in Rome you should visit the shop just to meet this two very sweet men:) read more

I was vacationing in Rome some years ago and stumbled upon Bazooka while exploring side streets. Tino was incredibly helpful and not only tailored two suits to my exact measurements but tailored the look to best suit my features/traits. He also had both suits ready within two days and I was therefore able to wear them while in Rome and to take them home with me. I have received nothing but compliments as to the style and fit of both suits and how they make me appear. I hope to return to Rome and shop with him again. I've never looked better.
