What a treat to stumble onto this little shop, full of treasures that I didn't know I needed, e.g. the tiniest and most adorable little backpack-cognac leather and blue Aztec design heavy wool with embroidery. It was no more than 7" long. I ended up not buying it cuz it had a drawstring closure, which is not secure enough for me. It was only 23 Euro, but because of the closure, I would've not used it. They had all types of accessories, jewelry, shoes, clothing for women and men. Everything displayed artfully, and I really appreciated the shopkeepers attitude, which is to say she didn't follow us around the shop, and simply let us do our own thing. My husband bought a gorgeous Italian made double buckle saddle leather belt, with a sterling silver buckle--for 30 Euros. The prices are reasonable and the location in an alley in the Traverstre region is everything you'd want from your Roman holiday. read more
