They removed tough, old stains that had been in our carpet for years, stains that multiple other companies couldn't get out. They finally showed up a little before 12pm; let me say the boys were very pleasant....They didn't move things like we were told, they were loaded up/gone in 20 minutes for 3 rooms/stairs, the carpet was soaking wet & they didn't even clean the whole width of the stairs.
