This Colectivo is located in an older plaza with a bit of historical significance to the area. With that, Colectivo kept the bones and history of the place, including a cool fireplace inside, and ultimately arranged the restaurant around what was there, not the other way around. As with the other locations, I have an absolute favorite on the menu, an item I am utterly obsessed with...The Iced Cold Brew Oat-Chata. Absolute perfection in an iced coffee cup! Seems fairly simple, but it is complex, layered in flavors and just an enjoyable drink to chill with while hanging out here! As with the other locations, they do offer a bit of food from prepared meals and sandwiches to pastries and treats as well. Service is always stellar at Colectivo and this location is no exception.
