We ultimately asked that they not provide our contact information to vendors after being contacted by several vendors to make repairs we had not requested and were not aware of. Their move out procedure is unreasonable. While we did receive 97% of our deposit back, the move out walk through lasted 1hour and 45 minutes and mostly pointed out items to be addressed by the land lord. We were not able to use the trash service our last week of renting due to 805 leasing requiring no trash be left in trash cans. There was a significant amount of instructions about replacing light bulbs and the exorbitant charges you will incur if the light bulbs don't match or are burnt out

After my parents passed, my brother chose her. I wasn't thrilled because she didn't seem knowledgeable about the area, and as a salesperson myself, just got a feeling she was blowing smoke up him. But, it was his first time having responsibility like this and I knew I had to let him do it on his own to learn anything.
