BURNED ME. LIED. & LEAD ME ON. This place is just not it. I bought a package for microneedling the first time was great the second time I went to monclair evolve med spa due to scheduling since they cancelled my appointment then the third time I came back to the JC location on JUNE 20 and they burned me. When I went my third time she told me that she went deeper this was a Friday immediately after my face felt off hurt like it never have before. I booked an appointment immediately with my dermatologist and the doctor told me they were to aggressive with the microneedling. I reached out to evolve and they told me to come in right away they gave me a gel and said to use it. My burn marks were not going away so I asked for a refund. I was honestly so sad my face looked like this everyone that saw me felt bad. Finally on July 15 after so much back and forth about waiting to hear back about a refund they emailed me saying " Furthermore, we have spoken to our clinical team and upper management in regard to this matter and we will issue you a refund for a single session of Microneedling. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for this to show on your account." On JULY 16 they emailed me saying they can't process the refund since it bounced back because 6 months have passed & that it will take 30 days to fully resolved by August 15.... It is now September 4th and they ghosted me. They have not emailed me called me or contacted me in anyway after I emailed them & texted. I was lied to and now I have burn marks and scares that I have to treat and cover with heavy makeup. It's very sad how they handled the situation but for anyone reading this please be careful with microneedling here and just know if anything goes wrong. They will just ignore you and not make it right. Go here ..get burned ..and get ghosted.. comical at this point. Till this day 11/24/25 no refund or contact from this office. read more

The women working at the spa were consistently warm and welcoming. I signed up for a 3-pack of Morpheus 8, and now one-month after the third I still see no results. I can't say if this is bad luck, poor administration of the procedure, or just that M8 in general is crap. At the time of my third, even the woman working on me checked the photos we'd taken and couldn't argue that there was no obvious improvement, reminding me that it's a "cumulative effect" (the same thing she said at the 2nd appointment). While I know that is true, some improvement is generally expected to be noticed after each treatment. Oddly, after my third and final treatment I was also praised for not needing to use laughing gas, something that I was never made aware of or offered. Some communication breakdown must've happened. It was an expensive lesson to learn and I hope others have better results. read more

One of the worst (and shadiest) experiences I have ever had with a place like this. I went in for Botox a few weeks ago, and was a pleasant enough experience. On my way out, of course, I was offered all the "model" sales pitches which we all know are bullshit, yet never received a follow up call (standard operating procedure) to see if I was satisfied. After 2 weeks and $600, the Botox worked in the most half assed way and lasted less than 2 months. I returned to the site and they told me they would fix it for $800, bringing my total to over $1,400 for a BOTCHED job. You are all better off with a groupon, as I was out to dinner with friends who uncomfortably said "Didn't you just get Botox?... it didn't work. Nice girls, great sales pitch. HORRIBLE product, lack of follow up, and the AUDACITY to charge me $800 for their NEGLIGENT job. VERY VERY VERY SHADY read more

She's a licensed PA, so her advice and recommendations come with data-driven credibility. She doesn't push random expensive products or treatments on you, but rather listens to your skincare goals and examines your skin in order to recommend services based on what she thinks would be the best approach. I go regularly to Evolve's Jersey City location. Their staff is professional and non-judgmental. I show up on weekends dressed like a bum; oily hair, rough skin, fuzzy chin, unibrow, plus a very shady Russian gangster accent. You see me and would think I am a junky with no business being at a med spa. Never has the receptionist or any of the staff made me feel unwelcomed or uncomfortable. I sit, they offer me water (sparkling or fresh), and make small talk. They are extremely pleasant white ladies, the kind you envision drinking mimosas with at a cozy brunch place. I love them, and the office is a clean sanctuary. I go to Paige regularly and she gifted me with youth. I am 18...or the way I wish I looked like when 18. In reality I am an overweight hag in my early 40s, so this is a beast that Paige tamed with the right amount in the right places. It exceeded expectations. It beats getting a loan for a full face lift. I support this business and respect their staff. Many of them commute from miles away to make their client's wishes true. Some as far as Long Island. Their medical training, competence in handling toxic substances and exhausting commute is not taken for granted. I'm very appreciative and wish them all the best in expanding their office to Manhattan. Thank you for running a safe practice . Men might not get the same results simply because the fat distribution is different. We are talking about ruggedness (hi there!) and hollowness by default. I just have to say that Evolve is AMAZING! Booking an appointment is super easy (you can book online through their site). The entire staff is so friendly and professional and it's honestly just the best experience from beginning to end. I first visited Austin for botox and while I was there, talked to her about some insecurities I had with my upper lip due to an injury. She talked me through what my options would be, and I went on my way. I hadn't been planning on going back for fillers but decided to go for it a few weeks later. I was so nervous, but she is INCREDIBLE and walked me through everything as she went and made me feel so comfortable. I went to get Botox and lip injections, both times with Paige Martin (love her) at the Jersey City location and you guys I'm OBSESSED! Botox was so fast and painless and it looks so good. The lips I was nervous but excited for and for real she exceeded my expectations. They look so natural and the recovery process is easyyy. Minimal swelling and pain and no bruising so far and I'm on day 2 of recovery. Paige was great, she's fun and nice and super talented/knowledgeable!!
