They assembled my mail order bike successfully even though it came missing parts! Thanks guys!

Let me tell you a story. I brought this bicycle, (cpl years ago) in pieces, in a cardboard box to the store after my ex took it apart in order to repaint it, two years prior. They told me it would be hundreds of dollars to put back together and replace parts. They said I should just replace it, to which I replied by bursting into tears. You see, this bike belonged to my aunt who passed away and it reminds me of her every time I ride it. I said I didn't care how much or how long, just fix it. I got a call 2 weeks later with this beauty waiting for me and with a substantial discount. I can't thank these guys enough for the awesome time and care they took with my fondest memory. read more

Evolve Bicycles and Ebikes - Bike Rentals Near Me - Celebration, Florida

Just moved here from Hawaii and have owned and rode a lot in my life, this shop is all and all a great place to do business with. They tuned up my bike and went above and beyond to ensure it was true and done right. Mike the repair advisor knew exactly what to do and I'm stoked with the pricing and turn around time.. bike was done in 4 hours. read more

I rented a bike - great bike and fantastic service I rented a Cervelo S3. The team at Evolve worked hard to make sure it was set up just right for me. I did a +100 mile ride without any issues. I would rent from them again without hesitation. read more

I came in from out of town with a broken hanger out of my bike bag. I searched on yelp and found this place, what a gem! The experienced technicians were able to order a part in one day and get everything working again. Kudos and highly recommend it! read more

Just arrived in town. Had a defective tire purchased at my old shop. Evolve staff was extremely courteous & helpful. They fully resolved my issue. Appreciate their extraordinary service, even when Evolve is extremely busy right now assisting new & existing customers who are purchasing new bicycles and needing service on existing bikes. Bravo! read more

These guys saved me when the bracket holding my seat on broke while on vacation! They scrounged around for the same part had me go to the hardware store in the same shopping center for the right size and threaded bolt and put it all together while I waited. Sooo helpful and professional could not have been happier with my experience and price read more

Great customer service, they delivered a LiteSpeed C1 with Shimano Ultegra Di2 drive train directly to the bellstand at my hotel. Never saw the guys, but enjoyed the bike and highly recommend Evolve! read more

Excellent service! Rented a road bike for 5 days. They delivered the bike, covered all the bases by asking if I had pedals, wrench, shoes, helmet, etc. Bike comes with saddle bag supplied with tube, levers, CO2, and patch. When the seat post was a tad long, they promptly switched it out. Bike rode flawlessly. And was well tuned. They were courteous and knowledgeable. When it was time to turn in bike, since it was a Sunday and they were closed, I simply left it with the bell hop at the hotel and they picked it up! I now have a "go to"place for bike rental when I'm in the Orlando area. Thanks guys! read more

Awesome bike shop centrally located near the Orlando vacation scene. The owner, Roger, and his team agreed to let me ship my bike to them from NY for my 70.3 IM race in April 2019. They were awesome to work with, no fuss, no hassle. Sent my bike from my shop in NY. The Evolve crew called me when they received it and let me know when it was ready for pickup. Would definitely recommend and use this shop again if the time comes. Five stars! read more

This has been the worst customer service of any Bike shop in Orlando,fl I waited 20 minutes outside the door while they brought out all the service bikes. Not once did they acknowledge me. When they finally let me in, one of the three workers told me in a very condescending way and with a bad attitude that they are not servicing bikes... I couldn't believe they would just let me stand there for 20 min and on top to talk to me that way. My brother then asked for a brake cable with a grey lining.. the other guy comes out with a black one. When we said "oh we are sorry we need ir in grey" his response was, "good luck with that" We simply drove to Dave's Bike World" on OBT and they checked my bike in leas than 3 mins at no charge... With great service and respectful treatment.. If you want respectful and professional service go to Dave's World or Orange cycle read more

We were here for a three-week visit and researched various companies in the Kissimmee area and Evolve has the best website and customer service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had our bikes delivered and picked up and they communicated well and were n time. Great experience. Highly recommend them read more

My wife's bicycle had a tube puncture in the afternoon of our visit to Celebration, about 90 minutes before the shop's closing time. Evolve Bicycles fixed it within an hour for a very reasonable cost. Great service at a very fair price. read more

I'm writing this review as both A bike shop manager for over years and a professional road racer. So please take this for exact what it is, a scathing review... My team mate needed a BB30 bottom bracket and three bike boxes to ship bikes home from our team camp near by. When we called ahead of time to ask about the parts and boxes we were assured that they had all four items and would be able to cut a steer tube as well. So we drove over. When we arrived we stood around for ten minutes or so with out being greeted. Wen we finally got the attention of the staff we were rushed through our conversation like we were an annoyance. Once we got the chance to ask for the price of the BB we were told it would be $46 plus installation! First of all. BB bearings don't cost that much, ever. I've only bought them a few hundred times, take my word on it. So we passed ad asked for the boxes. Nope. No boxes could be had. They were too busy and didn't want I take any out of the box. Even though they said they could. We were obviously annoying the three man staff. They all appeared flustered and down right annoyed at our needs. So we left not daring to ask how much it would be to cut the steer tube. We decided to not waste the trip per and get some ice cream next door. As we sat around and ate we chatted about our experience as my teammate has also worked in shops for a long time. Then the kicker. The mechanic who didn't have time for us came rolling around the building on a shop bike. Asked us how much we would pay for bearings. We told him we knew how much they actually cost. He said he would make us a deal. Thinking we would get up an go inside we stood up. He reached into his pocket and pulled out the bearings and said $30. When we asked him if he could install them he said "nooo". We looked at each other in disbelief an declined to buy the bearings. It's felt like a shady drug deal. It's a shame to be treated so poorly at a bike shop when in need a it's even more of a shame to know how the owner is obviously being ripped off by his trusted employee. Sorry dude, you go this coming. read more

Fantastic. I came down from Boston for the Florida 70.3 iron man. I rented from these guys and everything was perfect. Pickup was fast and easy. They tuned he bike, put on my pedals and set the seat and handlebars for me. They are normally closed on Sunday, but the owner gave me his cell phone and opened for me so I could return the bike after the race. (I had an early flight on Monday). read more

Excellent experience, excellent bike. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect way to ride the Orlando area bike trails..

Yesterday was my second time here. My Pedego e-bike was not doing so hot and completely broke down. They got it up and running by the next day. The bike needed extensive rewiring and took all day so they were kind enough to wait for my husband to get there right at closing. They saved my work week because my bike is my only way to my job. If you are considering buying a bike here do they have been so helpful. read more

Purchased a (quality time birthday gift) Living Social bike rental for two hours. Our ride around Celebration was enhanced by wonderful weather and fun company. Our ElliptiGO bikes were a first time try out for us both and mastering it came pretty easy for me - luckily. Both bikes (and the included head gear) were brand new condition and the requested: "how to ride this thing???" orientation was through, but the traffic in the store area made for a bit of a stressful necessity. I recommend this as a low key workout and psyche reboot. Once out of the shopping area you can really enjoy the unique small town area flavor of Celebration. The light outdoor lunch afterward at Mulligan's Pub really put the event into a "really glad I did this " check off the bucket list " category! Mission accomplished! Fond memories that we'll retain for decades to come. read more

12/17/2019 - Rented Cervelo S3 56" for Challenge Daytona Event The assistance provided by store(especially Roger) was impeccable! I was travelling from Kansas for the event and was quite nervous about renting a bike and not having my own bike for the big event. Bike was definitely amazing but more than that I want to highlight about the service. I rented this bike on Saturday for two days and I was returning back on Monday early morning before the store opens up. Roger arranged to return the bike at his home at anytime which was comfortable to me. Also they dont generally rent TT Aero Bars so I got my own bars but my bars wont fit on the bike, so they made an exception of opening a brand new aero bar to fit on the bike( Ofcourse you have to pay for renting it out and not the whole price) which was really helpful! Pedal fit was perfect as per the cleats on my shoes. All in all I will definitely recommend this store for anyone who is planning to rent a bike and infact while I was in store I could see others helping out the customers with the different buying options for the bike! Keep up the good work! read more

Fabulous shop. Friendly staff. Inexpensive rentals. Highlight of our vacation. Highly recommend.

I went to Evolve for renting a road bike. These guys were great to rent from! They delivered the rental bike right to Disney's Polynesian Resort Hotel. I brought my pedals and equipment. They even invited me to local group rides, that I did ride on, really nice people down there! The bike was nice, a carbon Litespeed, in perfect shape with some decent tires, 'Gator skins' or similar, (I don't know what it is about Florida roads but they are hell on bike tires, especially compared to Michigan.) They also have a great shop and store, so if you just need a great bike shop they're the place. Thanks guys! read more

Last year I went to Evolve Bike Store with my trike-wheel thinking I needed a new wheel but the guys fixed it quickly and I was able to reinstall it the same day. This year the trike needed a tune-up and on my way to Evolve my chain broke, thank goodness it broke only 2 blocks away from me so I walked it back to my cottage. From the reviews I thought they (Evolve staff) only delivered rentals but I called anyway b/c I had no way of getting my trike to the store. The guy who answered the phone was not too sure but he said he'd call back with an answer the following day, a few hours later I received a call from Roger, he came to my Disney cottage, loaded the trike onto his jeep and the following day it was ready. So today I picked it up, I thought it would be a bit more expensive considering the service. I cannot be more pleased, thank you guys!!!! My next bike is on the way. read more

A well organized placed. They have pretty much all styles of bicycles for those that cycle. They also sell accessories and add the accessories to your bicycle. I was impressed on how nice, knowledgeable the gentleman was in explaining and demonstrating the bicycles. I will definitely come back to bring my fixie for a tune up, change the handlebar, and perhaps debate if I'm going to keep it fixed or not... If you have any concerns about your bicycle, these guys will find the solution. read more

If you're heading to the Disney / Orlando area and have biking needs, definitely give Evolve a call / email. The group was very attentive and accomodating to my needs. I came down for a conference at Disney in early February (and wanted to get some road cycling in during my spare time) and from the first emails between Kevin and I thru to when Roger picked up the rental from the resort I was staying at it, it was a pleasent experience. The charge for delivery / pickup to my resort was reasonable. My only critique (and hence, 4 instead of 5 stars) would be that the rental rate for the week was a tad higher than I would have liked to pay. Otherwise, the bike (Cannondale Synapse) was in excellent condition and fit like a glove. Thanks again Guys! read more

Shopping for a bicycle is about as personal as buying clothes. You need someone to understand who you are, what you want out of your experience and that person needs to be knowledgeable enough with their products so that they can tailor-fit the perfect combination for you. Evolve Bikes (.com) is just that. Their staff, from the Manager do the their highly trained co-workers are just that. They take real time to get to know what you want. What conditions are you going to ride? How long? Where? What do you want to get out of your cycling. They really wanted for my wife and I took get the right product for what we want to do. They didn't just grab a $5,000 Triathlon bike and try to insist this is the best. They showed my a range of great products types, prices, componentry and types. After-which they had every conceivable accessory that I could be looking for. They do all the maintenance, sizing and instruction all on location. They have one of the largest selection of "e-bikes" in Central Florida too. From peddle assisting to all-out cruising there are a couple on my wish-list. They even rent bikes! Let me tell you that this was great about a month ago, we had family in town that was looking for something to do outside of Disney and the other theme parks. Their staff hooked them up with a full range of Electra cruisers, helmets, trail suggestions and everyone had a blast. Look I'm a native, I lived in town for almost 20 years and I can tell you that there are a lot of great bikes shops -no doubt. But if you want a shop that caters to every conceivable riding ability with zero attitude you have to check this place out! read more

I am from DC and was in town for the Horrible Hundred (a 100 mile bike ride done yearly in Orlando). Kevin and your staff were so good to me when I visited your store. They helped fix my cadence sensor and got my bike in great shape for the ride. Moreover, they recommended a short warmup ride which got me ready for Sunday. I felt so good that I rode my bike from Kissimmee to Clermont and ended up doing about 115 miles. Keep up the great work! read more

Last month ,I had taken my wife ,daughter son-in-law and two young boys to Disney World in Orlando. As you know a stroller with two young boys is a necessity in the park. The boys' stroller had a flat tire while @ the park and needed a tire tube desperately for the next day. I called Roger Robbins, owner @ Evolve Bicycles in Celebration, FL at 5:45PM and asked him what time they close ,said 6:00PM. I rushed over and arrived at his shop @6:10 PM and he stayed open and had a tire tube ready for me. He asked if I had tools and then proceeded to not only change out the bad tube but repositioned the stem other rim to prevent another flat on the other tire. Not only did he save the rest of the vacation but impressed me with his shop and customer service. read more

This bike shop has excellent customer service and quick repair times. I have brought my bike into this shop twice for repairs. The staff treated me like a friend and charged me very fair prices for the repairs. Both times they were able to fix my bike in less than the time it took me to get a smoothie from a local shop. I will be a regular here, even for repairs I could do myself like tires and tubes, because they always use quality products, charge a fair price, and complete the job quickly. read more

Worst bike store in Florida. This people really have the worst customer service in town. My friend and I went into the store and were trying to shop for a bike and asking different questions, but still unsure of what kind of bike we really wanted to get. The moment the manager Kevin realized we were not going to actually purchase a bike right in that visit, he started saying we were wasting his time and insulting us. We could not believe the lack of customer service and rudeness from this manager. If he was having a bad day, it was no excuse to treat my friend and I with such of disrespect. My friend I I will take our business to a bike store that actually cares for their customers. Evolve Bicycles & E-bikes have no business being open for business, if they keep disrespecting and treating customers like dirt. read more
