After discovering some of my duct connections were wrapped in asbestos, a specialized asbestos abatement company was hired to remove the asbestos & everything in contact with it. After that was completed, Insulation Labs was hired to: Remove all of the old blown-in insulation (with a giant vacuum); sanitize the attic; Air Seal any openings into the attic including any electrical wiring or fixtures (ceiling lights, attic fans & plumbing/HVAC pipes or runs). Also included was Rodent Exclusion (performed by a pest control company) - sealing up any places that allowed entrance or exit into or out of the attic. And finally, Installing R38 roll-in fiberglass insulation (cut to fit inside of the rafters). The entire crew (up to 6 or 8 individuals) were AWESOME! Especially Victor & Domingo! They were constantly giving me updates & progress reports on what was happening, & if I asked a question, they would stop what they were doing & give me their full undivided attention, completely explaining things, & then make sure my question was answered, & then inquire if I had any more questions! They were amazing & top notch individuals - representing your company with honor & distinction, & reassuring me that you were definitely the right company for the job! THANK YOU for employing such wonderful & professional people!

I contacted them regarding insulation work completed at my home in 2022 because I had recently been given concerns about its current condition. I was simply trying to get an explanation, verify what work had been completed, and let them know what other professionals had observed. I also explained that I would be having a city inspector evaluate it. Instead of having a professional conversation, Angel, the Operations Manager, raised his voice, spoke over me, and became extremely intense and intimidating. I was genuinely trying to understand the situation, not argue with him. Regardless of what the inspection ultimately finds, the way I was spoken to was enough for me to decide that I will not work with this company again. I no longer feel comfortable or confident having them perform additional work on my home. I will have the insulation independently inspected and address any necessary work elsewhere. Based on my experience with management alone, I cannot recommend this company.

Leo was very thorough and professional, after the walk through consultation and then proceeding with a protocol and solution, I felt much more at ease & safer with his expertise! Calming my completely freaked state of mind! He found 2 openings on the exterior of my house and fixed them: put a screen over the exposed gable vent, quickly & impeccably, as well as covered an open vent pipe on the roof Also, as I was scrolling through all the exterminator options, I realized I didn't want a van that screamed exterminator in front of my house! Besides the name "Leo's Home Solutions", being nicely "general", I got a great feeling of the work Leo's company could provide from the glowing reviews and I was right! Everything was at an extremely fair price too! I highly recommend Leo's Home Solutions!

I had a pretty bad crawlspace situation earlier this year involving a skunk getting underneath the…read morehouse, along with the odor, flies, and contamination that came with it. Leo and his team at Leo's Home Solutions came out and did one hell of a job. Their team was incredibly coordinated and completed both the crawlspace and attic in a single day. The attic didn't have any infestations, but they carefully identified potential entry points and blocked them off to help prevent future problems. In the crawlspace, they completely removed all the trash and animal remnants, including droppings, then sanitized the area with a lemon deodorizer and bacteria-killing treatment. They also fully replaced the mesh lining on the vents surrounding the house, including both the crawlspace and attic vents. Within a couple of days, the flies were gone and the lingering smell had cleared up. What I appreciated most was that Leo was responsive, straightforward, and willing to fully address an unpleasant problem rather than just putting a temporary band-aid on it. The price was fair and reasonable considering the amount and quality of work his team put in. Crawlspace and animal-related problems are not something you want to deal with, but Leo made the process much easier. I'd recommend Leo's Home Solutions to anyone dealing with crawlspace odors, animal intrusion, cleanup, sanitation, or sealing work.

There's nothing negative to say. Jonathan was incredibly responsive, and his pricing is fair. He…read moredoesn't seem to have a great deal of overhead like some of the other companies out there. It's more of a boutique operation, which means he can offer you guidance without layers of people in between. Jonathan himself, or one of his team members from my understanding, will be up in your attic getting the job done, and they work fast. We requested insulation in our attic, and he came in and had it installed in just a couple of hours. He also replaced an attic fan that dated back to 1970, so our attic ventilation was addressed as part of the service as well. We noticed a major difference the same day, especially with the heat we've been experiencing here in Southern California. We recently bought a house that had inadequate insulation, probably somewhere around R-3, and now we're upwards of R-38. Our air conditioner was hardly ever cycling off. It was running almost the entire time since we bought our house in the middle of this hot summer. We were confused as to why the house kept heating up even while the AC was running. I called Jonathan to discuss the issue, and we talked through radiant barriers, attic ventilation, attic floor sealing, and the existing insulation that was there. He guided me through a cost-effective, value-driven process that made a whole lot of sense. He explained the benefits of each option, and ultimately we landed on starting with the insulation. That alone ended up curing the issue with our HVAC system not being able to keep up with the heat. Now the house feels cooler on hot days, and our AC isn't running nearly as much. We're incredibly happy we selected him as our service provider, and I would refer him to anybody who needs insulation or attic work done. Jonathan is the real deal. He's a genuinely kind and authentic human being, easy to communicate with, and someone who clearly cares about the work he does.

David was the project manager, one of the hands-on workers at moments, and salesperson, which meant there was clear ownership from start to finish. What stood out most was his thoroughness and sense of responsibility to do the job right. They didn't even begin installing the new insulation until they were 100% certain every rodent entry point had been successfully sealed. So, there was absolutely zero pressure on me to have them complete the job faster than it should have been completed. My home was built in 1948, and older houses like this have countless entry points. They clearly understood that and took the time to address it correctly. I was not asked to pay until they were certain the attic was completely rodent-free, which says a lot about their integrity. David also provided clear information to help me pursue a tax credit for the new insulation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt genuinely taken care of. David and his team put in the time and effort my old house needed, and the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant. He even worked with me on the cost. They even installed a new exhaust conduit for my oven range at no extra cost. To access a section of the attic that was otherwise impossible to reach, they had to open a small hole in my living room ceiling. The repair and repainting were done for a very reasonable additional cost, and you would never know the ceiling had been opened. I even had my pest control company check today after the rains and they said it was completely clean and the installer did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend Wonderful Attic Care without hesitation. Again, there has been zero rodent activity, no noise, and no lingering odors. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no surprise charges. If you have an older home and want the problem solved correctly the first time, this is the company to call. Communication is the key to success in anything and this company has mastered that art. I especially thank them for the peace of mind.
