Hi there, I felt the…read moreneed to post a stellar review again after reading a 1 star review on here. Lucky Soul has always provided amazing tattoos, and a clean and super welcoming environment. I have been a client for yearssss and I have had the pleasure of being tattooed by many artists there. You are never "Pawned" on a lesser artist. Everyone that works there is Stellar. Jim and Tracey want nothing but the best for their clients. I appreciate that they are willing to let their other artists take on clientele if they can't be fit into their own schedules. They would never force anyone to get a tattoo with someone else, only offer the choice. No matter who you go to there, you will come out with an amazing piece of art. In fact, I'm going again on Wednesday. I will only go to Lucky Soul and I told my kids they can get tattoos but they have to be done there.

I understand that she has a waiting list and I was willing to wait…read more In the meantime, the tattoo parlor kept trying to pawn me off lesser artists and "walk-in" artists. I felt insulted and told them I don't want them to tattoo me anymore. I'd rather go without the tattoo than be tattooed by someone I don't trust. PS I got a tattoo from Lucky Soul tattoo 11 years ago and they did not operate the way they operate now. Their customer service and frankly respect for their customers has gone down the toilet. PSS 11 years ago when I requested an "in demand artist", I had no problem getting an appointment and I was NEVER pawned off on another artist. This place has such "good" artists (in that they CLAIM they're such good artists) that they think they can treat the customer like cr*p and that we will keep coming back for more. Disgusting. Disreputable. This is NOT how you do business!!!

I've wanted to get another piercing for years and just decided to go for my septum on whim. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. This place was IMMACULATE! It smelled nice and everything was clean. The art was tasteful. They sterilized everything and showed us the chemical strip that showed that everything was sterilized. Nicholas was warm and kind and answered all my questions. I was shocked at how painless my septum piercing went; I wanted to add on a service but got scared. Now that I see how well this shop treats people, I'll definitely be back!! My wife went with me and wanted her own piercing after watching my experience! 10/10 would recommend

Rachel (@tattoosbyrachel on instagram) was so patient; kind; educational; & creative. She met me halfway with my budget, and was willing to be flexible when it came to drafting the design. I am so in love with my tattoo. She traced over my grandfather's handwriting (so don't worry- no cultural appropriation here!). There was only one other person get a tattoo during my appointment, and there was plenty of distancing. (They lock the door to prevent walk in appointments). I HIGHLY recommend this shop, and especially Rachel. Her style is amazing. Happy to support a local artist! I can't wait to come back in the future. :)

First of…read moreall, I walked in and immediately noticed the cleanliness, which was very important for obvious reasons. The whole place was tastefully decorated with Angel's artwork (more on him later). Next, the receptionist (I'm kicking myself for not catching her name) was absolutely lovely. She was very kind and accommodating. When she learned it was my first tattoo, she explained exactly what to expect and reassured me that I was in good hands. We had a pleasant conversation until Angel was ready to take me back. When Angel escorted me back to the private tattoo room, the positive notes from the reception area continued. Everything was very clean and Angel explained each step of the process, even telling me exactly where he was going to rest his arm while he worked. I watched him set out his equipment and, again, he kept things clean and remained kind. The tattoo itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's a small lotus flower tucked behind my ear. I was completely blown away by the level of detail he was able to achieve with such a small design. The shading is exquisite and he added his own touch to the design that I had provided. It's perfect! So, if you're looking for a location to get a tattoo, big or small, Guardian Art Gallery is the place to go and Angel is the best man for the job. I can't say enough about the entire experience. Also, Angel was military, so be sure to thank him for his service to our country!
