5 stars for helping me print a shirt last minute within one day! and for being open at very late hours when every other print place is closed! However, 3.5 stars overall because the printed tshirt didn't come out how I wanted it. I even sent a picture showing how I wanted my design to look placement and proportion wise. I wish he had shown me how it looked before it was done to make sure it was okay and if it needed any adjustments. Creative Custom is fantastic. I was nervous at first about going with a printing company that was pretty new, but I was completely blown away by the quality of work and customer service that Otto provides. I needed a bunch of basketball jerseys printed up quick for a basketball game and Otto delivered in a big way. I had a very complicated request and design and Otto didn't turn me away or quote me ridiculous costs for adding small flourishes. There were no secret charges and everything was exactly as he priced me. Of course it helps that his pricing is the best around and he always responds to emails and phone calls as soon as he can.
