Hidden behind a cafe, this pilates studio works on a very small basis. You have an instructor for every 3 people, and it seems there is a maximum of six people at any one time. This makes it much more easy to actually get input from your instructor rather than the typical pilates class. It tends to be reformer based and they tend to focus on injuries which also makes it useful. It's not a hard care pilates class, so if you need a mat class, you won't find it here. It's quite a good atmosphere with some good instructors. If you have oversight by the physio you may also claim on your health scheme which is even better. read more
