My experience buying was excellent but more importantly the car has been excellent. I bought a 2006 toyota highlander with about 150k miles back in July. I since moved to chandler and brought the car back when I thought I had a headlight issue that in the end was just me not knowing how to use the car. Mike not only showed me how to use it (embarriaing lol) but when he realized I now live out of town and we miscommunicated about it (he thought I was just visiting chandler due to a poorly worded text on my part), he felt so bad he insisted I take $40 to fill my tank. That was so kind. Lastly the experience of buying the car was optional as well. However for each car they have a printout of their inspection (see photo). The inspection shows what they checked but also more importantly at the bottom it lists what is still wrong with the car. They have a warranty for all cars with less than 80,000 miles. Their sign says "warranty forever." This obviously doesn't apply to everything but they tell you what is included. Their cars over 120,000 miles are as-is. I think from a full disclosure standpoint this place looks great. We probably would have bought a car, if we lived in Tucson. The only problem with the warranty is that you would need to bring the car back for the covered repairs. Definitely worth the look for those looking for used cars.

They will charge you plenty of trash bogus fees, the finance manager will add warranties even after you tell them not to.
