They never took my car for emissions so I had to get emissions and they promised to pay me for my emissions but they never did. My air conditioning worked for a little while before it went out. If possible I would give this place a 0 star review. I went up to go look at a decently priced Toyota Highlander. After checking the car fax and seeing the car lot we realized that this place is a junk auction car lot. Reluctantly, I chose to test drive the car we care an hour to see. They took my license to make a copy and we test drove the vehicle. I mentioned the fact that this business had a 1.5 star review on yelp, and she responded that it "was a third party on their way out". The car it self was clean on the outside, but the inside was full of dust and crumbs in the cracks of the seats. When we returned we briefly spoke to the manager and left. Upon arrival home I realized that Kaleigh Guma, the sales representative, kept my license after copying it. When I called she said, "yeah, I have your license here at my desk, I meant to call you", after knowing I had driven an hour to see the vehicle. I have been dealing with Evolution Cars for 2 weeks now trying to get them to mail me my license. They still as of today, have not mailed it. This place is absurd. PLEASE PLEASE READ!! On Thursday October 22, 2020 I met Sean Lawrence a salesperson at Evolution Cars. I was in the market to buy a Tesla. After the usual meet and greet and sales pitch, I decided on the black 2015 Tesla Model S. To make a long story short and because they don't deserve anymore of my time, we agree on a final price of $38,500.00 drive out. This process involved Eugene King the manager. Then, I ask Eugene King if he could hold the Tesla until Sunday that week because I wanted my great mechanic to check out the car and if my mechanic said the car is in good shape, then I was more than ready to buy the car. Eugene King and Sean Lawrence tell me after talking to the owner that I can pick up the car on Saturday and return it the next day on Sunday. That was great because during that time I can have the car looked over by my mechanic. All is good up to this point. HERE IS EXACTLY WHY I AM PISSED OFF! I asked Eugene King the manager what happens if you sell the Tesla before I pick it up on Saturday? He CLEARLY tells me he will get in contact with me by telephone call or text message before they sell or are in the process of selling the car. So I happily go to Evolution Cars on that Saturday with my mechanic to pick up the car. At this point no telephone call from anyone from Evolution Cars. It rained with flooding on the roads on the way to Evolution Cars. When we arrive at Evolution Cars, the Tesla is not on the lot. Sean Lawrence the salesperson approaches me and says they sold the car a few hours before I got there. I purchased a 2016 CLS 400 Mercedes on March 7 but the bumper needed to be replaced. It took them almost 2 weeks to replace a bumper that did not have to be painted. The service manager(Eugene) was rude when I called. No one returned my call until I sent an email to the general manager. The salesman Jorge was great but he was new so I could not fault him for the run around I got. When I finally pick the car up I waited for hours for them to clean it up when they told me the car would be ready. I did get a free fill up but that wasn't enough to satisfy the anger. I had the car inspected which they didn't because if they did they would have seen the suspension had been tampered with. The suspension on this less than 30 days old car is messed up and the cost to repair it is $4900. These cars are NOT inspected purchase at your own RISK! I should have pulled out the deal when they dropped the ball with the bumper issue. I have been driving Mercedes for a long time and I have never experienced what I experienced with this car lot. read more

If I could give anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle from Evolution Cars a recommendation, it would be to bring your own mechanic with you, don't trust what they are selling you. So we were looking to purchase a vehicle for our daughter who was going to college and Evolution had a Corolla that was priced well, maybe too well. We went out there 4 weeks ago, and the car looked great upon initial inspection. We drove the car with Diana (salesperson) who was great and super friendly, which is why they got at least 1 star. We were looking for a reliable car with lower miles and good vehicle history This 2018 Corolla had 1 owner and a clean carfax with no accidents showing. While driving the car, we heard a noise in front driver wheel area. We mentioned that to Diana and she said she would have their mechanics look at it. When we got back, they took it to their shop, which is down the road and had the car their for over 1 hour. Mac (Sales Manager) told me that all they could find was a clip that was loose on the front bumper and maybe that was making the noise, but "Don't worry, you still have 2500 miles left of Toyota bumper to bumper warranty" With those words of encouragement we paid cash for the car and left that day with the vehicle. A few days later while at home, after closer inspection of the car, I noticed that there was a lot of white paint overspray on the front bumper which meant that there was a work done on the vehicle and it was poorly done. This was unnerving and mad that I missed that. I took the car to Toyota to look and hopefully fix the noise in the front of the car and after they inspected it, told me that the noise was a result of damage from an accident and that they could fix, but it would NOT be under warranty. I was frustrated to say the least. I took the car to a local mechanic that I use and had him inspect the car. He told me that someone must have hit a curb or something at a high speed and did damage to the underbelly of the front driver wheel. The rim had been replaced along with pads slapped on a bad rotor. The shock was bad along with the CV joint. It cost me over $700 to repair this vehicle that supposedly was never in an accident and still had a toyota warranty. Before the work was done, I called Evolution and spoke with Mack the Sales manager who passed me along to Eugene the store manager. This was after multiple calls and messages to get in touch with them. I explained that they were dishonest in selling this car and that there was no way that any mechanic could have put that car on a lift and seen the damage to the front driver wheel and only tell me that a clip was loose on the bumper. They failed to disclose this info because they wanted to make a sale. They will try and defend themselves and say that they didn't know. But these cars are inspected at the auction and then at the dealership when they purchase the car. Again, there is no way that any decent mechanic would have seen this car and not known that it was in an accident and that it needed more work done to it. I told evolution that they should have to pay for the repairs that were done, since it was there before the sale of the car and that they must have known about the damage. After multiple calls and messages and back and forth, apparently with Eugene talking to the owner, their advice was for me to argue with CarFax and try and get CarFax to buy it back under their "Buy back Guarantee"/ This CarFax buy back is incase their isn't info disclosed on the Carfax report and the car is sold and has damage to it. They will buy it back for what you paid. What I explained to Eugene is that this is for Re-Branded, salvage title cars, not cars that were in a smaller accident and just not reported to CarFax. Evolution was just trying to pass the blame and avoid any more money out of their pocket. They did offer me to take it back their to have their mechanics fix my car. HELL NO!! Why would i trust them, and their mechanics to fix my car when they didn't disclose anything to begin with. STAY AWAY. Terrible customer service. read more

Their main goal is to put you in one of their raggedy cars then afterwards, they treat you as if they never met you before. My sales person Roland who no longer works there by the way. Has harassed me and attempted to engage in unrelated personal conversations not pertaining to my vehicle several times in which I had to redirect him and ask him to please keep ALL communication professional. When I purchased my Jeep from Evoluton I told my sales person that i would only buy the car if it had a sunroof. I was promised that I would get a work order to have a sunroof installation after sale and even received a we owe you form. Roland ended up adding the extra cost I payed (1800), to the principle of the car instead of an itemized item on my receipt so I had no PROOF that he UP-CHARGED me this much. Shorty after receiving the jeep, the car had ISSUES, it would randomly stop and would not start. Which is WHY I missed the appointment Roland scheduled for me to turn my car in for the sunroof installation. I had to pay OUT of pocket for the car issues the jeep was having. Then when I was ready to get the sunroof installed, Roland told me call the sunroof company directly to re-schedule an appointment. Long story short, the sunroof company evolution cars was sending my car to CLAIMED they had no sunroofs in for over a YEAR. When I reached back out to evolution cars about this and spoke to CHRISTY ANDERSON. She only wanted to compensate me $485 for the cost of the sunroof. When I denied and told her I wanted the sunroof instead from another company, I NEVER HEARD FROM HER OR ANYONE AT EVOLUTION AGAIN. I called, emailed, left voice messages. Nothing. Do not work with this company!! They are all con artists and scammers, leave your work BROKEN promises and you will NOT be remembered or even payed attention to after sale.. Also all the "good reviews" the sales people harass you from the time you leave the lot until you get home also daily to post a good review while you're in a good mood right before they leave you for dead with a problematic car when they start to arise. Showed up to test drive a car. Found that someone had taken a screwdriver to the front door lock and they haven't bothered to have it fixed before showing the car. There was a ton of small body damage, cigarette burns, and a crack in the dash. Loved the car anyway. We were willing to take it if they would discount it. They claimed they would fix everything before we took it. (Very unlikely) We didn't like the price they wanted and chose to leave instead. The salesman rolled his eyes and gave us a disgusted look like we had wasted his time even though we were only at the dealership, including the test drive, for less than 30 min. This was the single worst purchase experience of my life. I was a remote buyer, and every step of the process was like pulling teeth. At each point (getting the contract initially, receiving a countersigned contract, getting the car shipped, getting plates for the car) I had to call the salesman and his manager multiple times before anything would get done. My car was sold without an emissions test and that means I would not be able to get my tag and title. I found out that you can report this to Georgia Clean Air Force. Dealerships aren't supposed to sell a vehicle without an emissions test. That isn't legal at all. My tire has a slow leak too. I want the court to decide in my favor and reimbursement for the cost of the vehicle and expenses incurred because this vehicle wasn't worth anything after the third week. read more

A week later antifreeze started leaking I took it to VW they printed out a list of things costing 1400. TERRIBLE SHOP!! Bought a Jeep Liberty 2012 from them as is and they sold it to me with no thermostat and no routine maintenance on the vehicle. First month of having the car is was in and out of the shop on my pocket. The check engine light was on the same week I bought the car "as is" but they promised to fix the problem. I live an hour and a half away and drove the car back and forth to fix the "problem " their mechanics said nothing was wrong with the car the lights messed up, cleared the code and sent me on my way. It came back on , and I called again and they said the same thing. My own mechanic ran the code and showed me for myself that the spark plugs were bad and when he pulled them out they were completely rusted and black and dark red. The spark plugs broke in off inside and not to mention the list goes on. The dealership promised to take care of me and get me a warranty on my motor. A week of Norval beating around the bush and lying to my face again and again with everyone else in that office , I got screwed out of this car. Now it's the second month having the car and It has been in the shop for a month needing a new motor and the dealership is at fault for everything and is not willing to help one bit. Not to mention every-time I called to talk to the owners they played stupid day after day acting like they didn't know who I was. I had to call the shop five times in a row to get ahold of Norval or Sunny , The management team, because they constantly hung up the phone on me.
