Farmers insurance company is cheaper on my homeowners insurance. Thanks AAA for dropping me and saving me money. I'll never be loyal to another business or company ever. They misspelled my husband's name and when I told them , they told me to get to airport early because they couldn't fix it. It was a flight to Auckland! I had already booked the cruise and air so I was stuck . I went over their heads to guest services and it was fixed in under 24 hours! She did call to apologize and told me a manager would call to follow up. I have yet to receive that call. I couldn't change the air and cruise but I booked my hotels and transfers elsewhere. I need a new travel partner. I'm so disappointed.
